汽車傳動(dòng)部件用40Cr鋼表面Ni-nanoSiC復(fù)合鍍層的制備

【摘要】:采用電沉積方法在汽車傳動(dòng)部件用40Cr鋼表面制備Ni-nanoSiC復(fù)合鍍層。以復(fù)合鍍層中SiC質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)和復(fù)合鍍層的硬度作為指標(biāo),通過(guò)正交實(shí)驗(yàn)優(yōu)化施鍍工藝參數(shù),得到最佳施鍍工藝參數(shù):攪拌速度為300 r/min、鍍液中SiC顆粒質(zhì)量濃度為20 g/L、溫度為50℃、陰極電流密度為14 A/dm2。結(jié)果表明:采用最佳施鍍工藝參數(shù)制備的Ni-SiC復(fù)合鍍層表面平整、組織致密,其磨損機(jī)制為輕度磨粒磨損,平均摩擦因數(shù)約為0.45,低于40Cr鋼的0.6;磨損量約為6.27 mg,相比40Cr鋼約降低25.6%。Ni-nanoSiC復(fù)合鍍層能夠提供有效的防護(hù),改善和提高40Cr鋼的抗磨損性能。
