【摘要】：在石膏砂漿中摻入可再分散乳膠粉、羥丙基甲基纖維素醚和緩凝劑,制備加氣混凝土板材專用修補(bǔ)劑,研究了原材料摻量對(duì)其凝結(jié)時(shí)間、抗壓強(qiáng)度、壓剪粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度、保水性和膨脹率等性能的影響,并進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用。結(jié)果表明,該修補(bǔ)劑凝結(jié)時(shí)間適中,具有良好的黏結(jié)強(qiáng)度、體積穩(wěn)定性和保水性,修補(bǔ)后與基材基本無(wú)色差,觀感良好。
[Abstract]:The redispersible emulsion powder, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether and retarder were added to gypsum mortar to prepare the special repair agent for aerated concrete plate. The effects of the amount of raw materials on the setting time, compressive strength and compressive shear bond strength of aerated concrete plate were studied. Water retention and expansion rate and other properties of the effect, and the production application. The results show that the patching agent has the advantages of moderate setting time, good bonding strength, volume stability and water retention, and there is basically no color difference with the base material after the repair.
