以不同粒度煤矸石-氫氧化鋁預(yù)燒顆粒制備莫來石

【摘要】:為了資源化利用煤矸石,在煤矸石中加入氫氧化鋁,使其鋁硅比符合莫來石的理論鋁硅比,再外加一定量的氟化鋁、五氧化二釩、二氧化錳添加劑,經(jīng)干法球磨、噴水造粒、密封陳腐、機(jī)壓成型、800℃煅燒、破粉碎、過篩后,制成粒度分別為0.85 mm(20目)、0.25 mm(60目)、0.18 mm(80目)、0.12 mm(120目)、0.095 mm(160目)和0.074 mm(200目)的6種煤矸石-氫氧化鋁預(yù)燒顆粒;然后,在煤矸石-氫氧化鋁預(yù)燒顆粒中外加5%(w)的PVA結(jié)合劑,經(jīng)攪拌、機(jī)壓成型、1 400℃燒成后,制成6種莫來石試樣;最后,檢測試樣的顯氣孔率、常溫抗折強(qiáng)度、抗熱震性,并分析其物相組成和顯微結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果表明:隨著煤矸石-氫氧化鋁預(yù)燒顆粒的粒度從0.85mm(20目)減小至0.12 mm(120目),莫來石試樣的顯氣孔率小幅減小,常溫抗折強(qiáng)度和抗熱震性逐漸增大,莫來石衍射峰強(qiáng)度增強(qiáng),莫來石晶體發(fā)育變好;隨著煤矸石-氫氧化鋁預(yù)燒顆粒粒度從0.12 mm(120目)繼續(xù)減小至0.074 mm(200目),上述性能均發(fā)生逆轉(zhuǎn)。
[Abstract]:In order to make use of coal gangue, aluminum hydroxide was added to coal gangue to make the Al-Si ratio of coal gangue accord with the theoretical Al-Si ratio of mullite, and a certain amount of additives such as aluminum fluoride, vanadium pentoxide and manganese dioxide were added to the coal gangue.
