多級離心霧化超重力旋轉填料床用親水涂層絲網(wǎng)除霧沫的研究

【摘要】:多級離心霧化超重力旋轉填料床又稱超重機、旋轉填料床,自上世紀80年代以來已得到不斷發(fā)展。超重力旋轉填料床具有傳熱傳質(zhì)效率高、耗材少、體積小、結構簡單、操作氣阻小等優(yōu)點,在許多方面都有應用,其中在液相傳質(zhì)方面,它常用作吸收和蒸餾塔設備。霧沫夾帶是吸收塔中的一種常見的流體力學性能。在超重力旋轉填料床設備中,大量微細霧沫的生成可以增大氣液兩相的傳質(zhì)面積,極大地強化氣液間的傳質(zhì),但在設備出口處的霧沫必須采用有效的方法清除干凈,以免造成吸收劑的損失及環(huán)境污染。由于超重力旋轉填料床出口氣體除霧沫采用不銹鋼絲網(wǎng),其材質(zhì)與空調(diào)鋁箔材質(zhì)類似,均為金屬基材,故本文提出制備一種能浸涂在不銹鋼絲網(wǎng)上的,能耐溫耐腐蝕的具有親水性能的涂層,增加除霧沫絲網(wǎng)對霧滴的捕捉能力,提高超重力旋轉填料床對出口氣體的除霧沫能力。本文在前人的基礎上,首次提出以共聚單體丙烯酸羥丙酯HPA與親水單體丙烯酸AA、丙烯酰胺AM進行三元共聚,選擇合適的聚合方法、引發(fā)劑、交聯(lián)劑、表面活性劑等及其用量,并分析單體配比、反應時間及溫度、固化時間及溫度等因素對產(chǎn)物接觸角、附著力、耐水及耐溫性能的影響。實驗研究發(fā)現(xiàn),本實驗的最佳反應條件為:引發(fā)劑的量為0.1%,AA的摩爾用量為50%,反應時間為5 h,反應溫度為30℃。綜合該實驗結果得到最優(yōu)的反應條件,并測試在該條件下,產(chǎn)物的紫外、紅外、接觸角、附著力、硬度、表面形貌等多項性能。測試此時產(chǎn)物的接觸角、TG/DSC及3D表面形貌等綜合性能。最終將制備的涂層涂覆于不銹鋼絲網(wǎng)上,并比較未涂覆與涂覆時及尼龍絲網(wǎng)的除霧效果,研究絲網(wǎng)種類、絲網(wǎng)層數(shù)、超重力旋轉填料床轉速及液體流量對旋轉床除霧效果的影響。實驗結果表明,涂覆了親水涂層的不銹鋼絲網(wǎng)除霧效果與尼龍絲網(wǎng)近似,采樣板上霧滴直徑明顯減小,防霧效果較未涂覆時顯著增強。
[Abstract]:Multi-stage centrifugal atomization rotating packed bed, also known as overweight machine, rotating packed bed, has been continuously developed since the eighties of last century. High gravity rotating packed bed has many advantages, such as high efficiency of heat and mass transfer, small consumption, small volume, simple structure and small operating resistance, etc. It is widely used in many aspects, especially in liquid phase mass transfer, it is often used as an absorption and distillation tower equipment. Entrainment is a common hydrodynamic property in absorber. In the high gravity rotating packed bed equipment, the formation of a large amount of fine foams can increase the mass transfer area of gas-liquid two phases and greatly enhance the mass transfer between gas and liquid, but the foam at the outlet of the equipment must be cleaned up by effective methods. Avoid loss of absorbent and environmental pollution. Since stainless steel wire mesh is used to remove mist at the outlet of high gravity rotating packed bed, which is similar to aluminum foil material for air conditioning, it is proposed in this paper to prepare a kind of material which can be immersed on stainless steel wire mesh. The coating with hydrophilic property which can resist temperature and corrosion increases the ability of droplet capture by defoaming screen and the ability of removing mist from outlet gas by high gravity rotating packed bed. On the basis of previous studies, the copolymerization of hydroxypropyl acrylate (HPA) with hydrophilic acrylic acid (AA) and acrylamide AM (AM) was proposed for the first time. The appropriate polymerization methods, initiators, crosslinkers, surfactants and their dosage were selected. The effects of monomer ratio, reaction time and temperature, curing time and temperature on the contact angle, adhesion, water resistance and temperature resistance of the product were analyzed. The experimental results show that the optimum reaction conditions are as follows: the amount of initiator is 0.1 and the molar amount of AA is 50, the reaction time is 5 hours, and the reaction temperature is 30 鈩,
