鋁錫復(fù)合材料水解制氫性能研究

【摘要】:研究了鋁錫復(fù)合材料與純水反應(yīng)過程中的產(chǎn)氫特性。所提及的鋁錫復(fù)合材料全部采用機(jī)械球磨的方法制備而成。不同成分復(fù)合材料的相組成和表面形貌分別用X射線衍射儀(XRD)和掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)進(jìn)行表征。研究結(jié)果表明,增加金屬Sn的含量、提高起始反應(yīng)溫度、添加助磨劑NaCl和添加低熔點(diǎn)金屬(Bi、In等),可以提高鋁錫復(fù)合材料的活性,增加產(chǎn)氫量以及產(chǎn)氫速率。通過調(diào)整添加劑種類和添加量得到成分比例(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))為Al-6%Sn-2%Bi-2%In的合金在25℃的水浴中水解30min的產(chǎn)氫量為785.6mL/g,最大產(chǎn)氫速率可以達(dá)到175mL/(min·g)。
[Abstract]:The hydrogen production characteristics of Al-tin composites during reaction with pure water were studied. The aluminum-tin composites mentioned above were all prepared by mechanical ball milling. The phase composition and surface morphology of the composites were characterized by X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the activity, hydrogen production and hydrogen production rate of Al-Sn composites can be improved by increasing the content of Sn, increasing the initial reaction temperature, adding grinding aids NaCl and adding low melting point metal Bi-In.
