【摘要】：正0故障起因2016年9月,車間領(lǐng)料員錯(cuò)將硝酸領(lǐng)到氯化鉀掛鍍鋅線調(diào)節(jié)pH值的堆放點(diǎn)。班組工藝管理員用鹽酸調(diào)節(jié)pH值時(shí)未仔細(xì)看標(biāo)貼,錯(cuò)將硝酸當(dāng)作鹽酸加入槽中。由于是8 000L的大槽,所以加入硝酸后并未出現(xiàn)明顯的故障,只是鍍件上出現(xiàn)少量黑色陰影,當(dāng)時(shí)并沒(méi)有引起重視。我們是三班制生產(chǎn),白班人員沒(méi)發(fā)覺(jué),夜班人員也沒(méi)發(fā)現(xiàn),仍將硝酸當(dāng)作
[Abstract]:In September 2016, the workshop collars mistakenly led nitric acid to the stacking point where the pH value was adjusted by the potassium chloride galvanizing line. When adjusting pH value with hydrochloric acid, the process manager of the team did not carefully look at the label and mistook nitric acid as hydrochloric acid to be added to the tank. Because it is a large trough of 8 000 L, there is no obvious fault after adding nitric acid, only a small amount of black shadow appears on the plating, which did not attract much attention at that time.
