【摘要】:對膜蒸餾用聚丙烯中空纖維膜進行超疏水改性可以提高膜蒸餾產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)以及增加膜組件的使用壽命.用溶膠-凝膠法將二氧化硅粒子加入到聚丙烯溶液中制成溶膠,以聚丙烯中空纖維膜為基底,用相分離的方法將溶膠涂覆到聚丙烯中空纖維膜的表面,再用具有低表面能的1H,1H,2H,2H-全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷對涂覆后的中空纖維膜進行修飾,并對超疏水聚丙烯中空纖維膜進行膜蒸餾的實驗.結(jié)果表明:0.3 g的二氧化硅和0.7 g的聚丙烯形成的溶膠制備的超疏水中空纖維膜的接觸角為157°,在60℃下的3.5%氯化鈉溶液中,通量達到216.96 g/(m~2·h),截留率從91%提高到99%.因此對聚丙烯中空纖維膜的超疏水改性可以明顯增加膜蒸餾通量和截留率.
[Abstract]:Superhydrophobic modification of polypropylene hollow fiber membrane for membrane distillation can improve the quality of membrane distillation products and increase the service life of membrane components.The sol was prepared by adding silica particles into polypropylene solution by sol-gel method. The sol was coated on the surface of polypropylene hollow fiber membrane by phase separation method.The coated hollow fiber membrane was modified with 1H ~ (1) H ~ (2) H _ (2) H _ (2) H _ (2) H _ (2) H _ (2) H _ (2) H _ (2) H _ (2) -perfluorooctane triethoxy silane with low surface energy, and the superhydrophobic polypropylene hollow fiber membrane was distilled.The results show that the contact angle of the superhydrophobic hollow fiber membrane is 157 擄.
