氧化鋁添加量對多孔碳化硅支撐體性能的影響

【摘要】:以平均粒徑為27.6μm的α-Si C為骨料、亞微米碳化硅和α-Al2O3為助燒劑,采用干壓成型法在空氣氛圍中燒成制備多孔碳化硅支撐體,研究了氧化鋁含量對多孔碳化硅支撐體結(jié)構(gòu)及性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)氧化鋁添加量為10%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))、燒成溫度為1 450℃時,支撐體的孔徑、孔隙率、抗彎強度和純水通量分別為0.3μm、31.8%、39.1 MPa和786 L·m~( 2)·h~( 1)·bar~( 1)。經(jīng)過80℃,10%的Na OH溶液中腐蝕4 h后,多孔碳化硅支撐體的抗彎強度仍高于18 MPa。
[Abstract]:Porous silicon carbide support was prepared by dry compression molding with 偽 -Si C with an average diameter of 27.6 渭 m as aggregate and sub-micron silicon carbide and 偽 -Al _ 2O _ 3 as sintering aids.The effect of alumina content on the structure and properties of porous silicon carbide support was studied.The results show that the pore size, porosity, bending strength and pure water flux of the support are 0.3 渭 m ~ 31.8 MPa and 786L ~ (2) h ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1), respectively, when the alumina content is 10 (mass fraction) and the sintering temperature is 1 450 鈩,
