CFRP-混凝土界面黏結(jié)性能試驗(yàn)研究及有限元分析

【摘要】:采用6組面內(nèi)雙剪試驗(yàn)研究了碳纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic,CFRP)與混凝土界面的黏結(jié)行為。為了保證雙剪試件兩側(cè)界面受力均勻且處于純剪切狀態(tài),對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的試件制作方法進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)并取得了較好的效果;谠囼(yàn)結(jié)果建立了Popovics型界面黏結(jié)滑移本構(gòu)關(guān)系,將此本構(gòu)關(guān)系引入有限元模型并對(duì)影響界面黏結(jié)性能的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明:界面的峰值應(yīng)力隨混凝土強(qiáng)度的增大而增大,隨外貼CFRP寬度的增大而減小,但界面的極限剝離荷載呈增加趨勢(shì)。與常用的2種界面極限剝離荷載計(jì)算模型對(duì)比表明,本文所提供的剝離荷載計(jì)算方法與兩者較為接近,能夠較好地預(yù)測(cè)CFRP-混凝土界面的極限剝離荷載。
[Abstract]:The bonding behavior of carbon Fiber Reinforced plastic carbon (CFRP) and concrete interface was studied by in-plane double shear test in 6 groups. In order to ensure that the interface on both sides of the double shear specimen is uniform and in pure shear state, The traditional method of specimen fabrication has been improved and good results have been obtained. Based on the experimental results, the constitutive relationship of Popovics type interfacial adhesion and slip has been established. The constitutive relation is introduced into the finite element model and the structural parameters which affect the bonding performance of the interface are analyzed. The results show that the peak stress of the interface increases with the increase of the strength of concrete, and decreases with the increase of the width of CFRP. But the ultimate peeling load at the interface is increasing. The comparison with the two commonly used calculation models of the ultimate peeling load at the interface shows that the calculation method of the peeling load provided in this paper is close to that of the two models. The ultimate peeling load of CFRP-concrete interface can be predicted well.
