反應(yīng)介質(zhì)對(duì)ZnO粉體材料結(jié)構(gòu)、吸附及光催化性能的影響

【摘要】:以Zn(NO_3)_2·6H_2O和Na OH為原料,分別以無(wú)機(jī)溶劑(水)和有機(jī)溶劑(無(wú)水乙醇和乙酰丙酮的混合物)為反應(yīng)介質(zhì),采用無(wú)機(jī)相堿沉淀法和有機(jī)相溶膠法,制備了兩種ZnO粉體材料樣品ZnO-1和ZnO-2。用X-射線(xiàn)衍射和掃描電鏡對(duì)所制備的材料進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)與形貌表征,發(fā)現(xiàn)不同制備方法所得樣品均為六方晶系纖鋅礦結(jié)構(gòu),但材料的形貌有顯著差異:無(wú)機(jī)相堿沉淀法制備的ZnO-1為鵝卵石狀晶體,有機(jī)相溶膠法制備的ZnO-2為棒狀晶體。測(cè)定了兩種ZnO粉體材料對(duì)水溶液中甲基橙的吸附等溫線(xiàn),結(jié)果表明,ZnO-2對(duì)甲基橙的最大吸附容量達(dá)到38.9mg/g,而ZnO-1為28.8mg/g。測(cè)試了材料的光催化性能,結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)甲基橙溶液初始濃度為20mg/L、ZnO樣品的投加量為1g/L時(shí),經(jīng)300W高壓汞燈照射3h后,ZnO-2棒狀晶體對(duì)甲基橙溶液的降解率可達(dá)78.4%,所制備的材料重復(fù)使用4次均保持較高的催化活性。
[Abstract]:Using Zn(NO_3)_2 6H_2O and NaOH as raw materials and inorganic solvent (water) and organic solvent (mixture of anhydrous ethanol and acetylacetone) as reaction media respectively, the inorganic phase alkali precipitation method and organic phase sol method were used. Two kinds of ZnO powder samples ZnO-1 and ZnO-2 were prepared. The structure and morphology of the prepared materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. It was found that the samples obtained by different preparation methods were hexagonal wurtzite structure. However, there are significant differences in morphology: ZnO-1 prepared by alkali precipitation method is cobblestone crystal and ZnO-2 prepared by organic phase sol method is rod crystal. The adsorption isotherms of methyl orange in aqueous solution by two kinds of ZnO powder materials have been determined. The results show that the maximum adsorption capacity for methyl orange is 38.9 mg / g and the ZnO-1 is 28.8 mg / g. The photocatalytic properties of the samples are measured. The results show that when the initial concentration of methyl orange solution is 20 mg / L 1g/L, After being irradiated with 300W high pressure mercury lamp for 3 h, the degradation rate of methyl orange solution by ZnO-2 rod-like crystal can reach 78.4%, and the prepared materials have high catalytic activity for 4 times.
