摻釹鎘鋁硅酸鹽玻璃的Judd-Ofelt理論分析與光譜特性

【摘要】:以摻雜光子晶體光纖為介質(zhì)的光纖激光器一直受到科研工作者的廣泛關(guān)注,應(yīng)用于光子晶體光纖纖芯的摻稀土元素玻璃的制備成為研制摻雜光子晶體光纖的關(guān)鍵問題。利用高溫熔融工藝制備釹離子摻雜的40SiO_2-14Al_2O_3-(40-x)CdO-2Li2O-2K2O-2Na_2O-xNd_2O_3(x=0.07,0.14,0.21,0.35,0.42,0.56mol)重金屬硅酸鹽玻璃系統(tǒng),測(cè)試了其吸收光譜和熒光光譜。采用Judd-Ofelt理論,計(jì)算了玻璃樣品的強(qiáng)度參數(shù)Ωt(t=2,4,6)以及釹離子的自發(fā)輻射概率、熒光分支比、熒光輻射壽命等參數(shù)。利用測(cè)得的熒光光譜計(jì)算了釹離子能級(jí)躍遷4 F3/2→4 I11/2的受激發(fā)射截面及熒光有效線寬。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)摻Nd_2O_3的摩爾分?jǐn)?shù)為0.42時(shí),制備的鎘鋁重金屬硅酸鹽玻璃具有較大的受激發(fā)射截面和比較寬的熒光有效線寬,且與相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)中的釹離子摻雜玻璃相比,具有良好的激光性能和增益性能,有望在研制摻雜光子晶體光纖中得到應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Fiber lasers doped with photonic crystal fibers have been widely concerned by researchers. The preparation of rare earth doped glass used in the core of photonic crystal fiber has become the key problem in the development of doped photonic crystal fiber. Neodymium doped 40SiO2-14Al2O3-Al2O3-Nd2O-40-xCdO-2Li2O-2K2O-2Na2O-xNd2O-structure structure has become the key problem in the preparation of doped photonic crystal fiber (PCF).
