熱處理時間對無公害釉上熔劑耐堿性的影響

【摘要】:采用傳統(tǒng)的熔制法制備了ABS系統(tǒng)無公害陶瓷釉上熔劑,研究了不同熱處理時間對熔劑耐堿性和顯微結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。用光澤度儀、XRD及TEM等對樣品的光澤度、物相組成和顯微結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明:620℃熱處理能有效地提高熔劑的耐堿度,熱處理20 h時所得熔劑的最佳耐堿度為69.8%,耐蝕性等級為1級。隨著熱處理時間的延長,產(chǎn)生的滴球狀分相尺寸逐漸增大,20 h時分相尺寸多為60~80 nm。
[Abstract]:The fluxes of ABS system pollution-free ceramic glaze were prepared by traditional melting method. The effects of different heat treatment time on the alkali resistance and microstructure of the fluxes were studied. The phase composition and microstructure of the flux were analyzed.
