木質(zhì)素磺酸鈉改性聚砜膜的制備及其在正滲透膜中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:采用木質(zhì)素磺酸鈉作為親水添加劑,通過浸沒沉淀相轉(zhuǎn)化法制備了木質(zhì)素磺酸鈉共混改性聚砜膜,以改善聚砜膜的親水性,并用作正滲透膜的支撐層,以降低內(nèi)濃差極化效應(yīng).利用掃描電子顯微鏡、衰減全反射傅里葉變換紅外光譜儀、水接觸角儀等研究了不同木質(zhì)素磺酸鈉添加量對聚砜膜的結(jié)構(gòu)和表面性質(zhì)的影響.結(jié)果表明,添加木質(zhì)素磺酸鈉后,聚砜膜的指狀孔變得規(guī)整且狹長.水接觸角實驗證實添加木質(zhì)素磺酸鈉能改善聚砜膜的親水性,當(dāng)木質(zhì)素磺酸鈉含量為0.4 wt%時,聚砜膜的表面水接觸角可降低至65°.正/反滲透測試裝置分別用于表征正滲透膜的傳質(zhì)性質(zhì)和結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù).結(jié)果表明,以0.4 wt%木質(zhì)素磺酸鈉改性聚砜膜為支撐層的正滲透膜的水滲透性能(A=3.12×10~(-5) LMH×Pa~(-1))優(yōu)于純聚砜基底正滲透膜(0.76×10~(-5)LMH×Pa~(-1)),而且前者的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)(S=2010mm)遠(yuǎn)小于后者(3450mm),說明木質(zhì)素磺酸鈉改性聚砜膜有效弱化了正滲透膜的內(nèi)濃差極化效應(yīng).
[Abstract]:Sodium lignosulfonate was used as hydrophilic additive. Sodium lignosulfonate blend modified polysulfone membrane was prepared by immersion precipitation phase inversion method in order to improve the hydrophilicity of polysulfone membrane and be used as the support layer of the membrane. In order to reduce the polarization effect of internal concentration difference, using scanning electron microscope, attenuating total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, The effects of different amount of sodium lignosulfonate on the structure and surface properties of polysulfone membrane were studied by water contact angle analyzer. The finger pore of polysulfone membrane became regular and narrow. The water contact angle experiment showed that the addition of sodium lignosulfonate could improve the hydrophilicity of polysulfone membrane, when the content of sodium lignosulfonate was 0.4 wt%, The surface water contact angle of polysulfone membrane can be reduced to 65 擄. The positive / reverse osmosis test device is used to characterize the mass transfer properties and structural parameters of the membrane respectively. The water permeability of the membrane with 0.4 wtwt% sodium lignosulfonate modified polysulfone membrane is better than that of pure polysulfone substrate membrane (0.76 脳 10 ~ (-5) H _ (OH) 脳 Pao ~ (-1)), and the structure parameter of the former is much smaller than that of the latter's (3450 mm ~ (-1)), which shows that the modified polysulfonic acid membrane is better than that of the pure polysulfone substrate (0.76 脳 10 ~ (10) ~ (-5)), and the structure parameter of the former is much smaller than that of the latter (3.45 mm ~ (-1)), indicating that the structure of the former is much smaller than that of the latter. Sulfone membrane effectively weakens the polarization effect of internal concentration difference of osmotic membrane.
