【摘要】:化學(xué)水處理系統(tǒng)是熱電廠中一個(gè)很重要的組成部分,自然水中含有對(duì)設(shè)備有害的物質(zhì)成分,直接利用自然水則會(huì)對(duì)工廠設(shè)備產(chǎn)生腐蝕性的破壞,必須經(jīng)過(guò)處理才能被利用。吉林石化公司動(dòng)力一廠工業(yè)鍋爐用水取自松花江,水中含有大量的鈣、鎂離子。鈣、鎂離子的含量越高,水的硬度就越高。工業(yè)鍋爐中有很多細(xì)小的銅管,硬度高的熱水容易在銅管里面結(jié)下水垢,導(dǎo)致銅管堵塞,如果使用藥物清洗,則銅管會(huì)越來(lái)越薄,時(shí)間長(zhǎng)了容易造成爆管的危險(xiǎn)。因此,有必要對(duì)鍋爐用水進(jìn)行軟化,即降低水的硬度。本文針對(duì)吉林石化公司動(dòng)力一廠化學(xué)水處理系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀,研究了由離子交換法改造為反滲透法后的化學(xué)水處理工藝及水處理系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行維護(hù)方案;針對(duì)日常運(yùn)行維護(hù)中可能存在的問(wèn)題提出處理意見(jiàn),以及為避免安全隱患所采取的措施;對(duì)反滲透法在吉林石化公司的應(yīng)用實(shí)例進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)介。最后對(duì)全文作出總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Chemical water treatment system is an important part of thermal power plant. The natural water contains harmful substances to the equipment, and the direct use of natural water will cause corrosive damage to the plant equipment. It must be treated before it can be used. The water for the industrial boiler of Jilin Petrochemical Company's power plant is taken from the Songhua River. The water contains a large amount of calcium, magnesium ions, calcium, magnesium ions, the higher the content of calcium and magnesium ions, The higher the hardness of water, the more small copper tubes are in industrial boilers. Hot water with high hardness can easily form scale in copper tubes, causing them to become clogged. If you use medicine to clean them, the copper tubes will become thinner and thinner. It is necessary to soften the boiler water, that is, to reduce the hardness of the water. This paper aims at the present situation of chemical water treatment system in Jilin Petrochemical Company Power Plant No. 1. The chemical water treatment process and the operation and maintenance scheme of water treatment system after the transformation from ion exchange method to reverse osmosis method are studied, and the possible problems in daily operation and maintenance are put forward, as well as the measures taken to avoid the hidden danger of safety. The application of reverse osmosis in Jilin Petrochemical Company is briefly introduced.
