非牛頓流體氣液兩相流的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究與數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:攪拌反應(yīng)器在化工領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用廣泛,本文以多層槳攪拌反應(yīng)器為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)不同溶液中的氣液兩相流進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究與數(shù)值模擬?疾炝薈MC濃度、槳型組合、通氣量和攪拌轉(zhuǎn)速對(duì)通氣功率、氣含率和體積氧傳質(zhì)系數(shù)的影響。結(jié)果表明,在相同操作條件下,隨著CMC濃度的增加氣含率和體積氧傳質(zhì)系數(shù)減。幌聣航M合槳的氣含率高于上翻組合槳,功率消耗受粘度影響。籅TD+2HDTd組合槳體積氧傳質(zhì)系數(shù)高于BTD+2KSXd。綜合考慮,BTD+2HDTd組合槳的傳質(zhì)和混合特性最佳?疾炝藲怏w分布器對(duì)CMC介質(zhì)中通氣功耗和氣含率的影響,得出微孔分布器比圓環(huán)分布器更有利于氣體分散。研究結(jié)果為工業(yè)反應(yīng)器的設(shè)計(jì)與放大提供了基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),具有一定的參考價(jià)值。對(duì)新型組合槳BTD+2HDTd進(jìn)行了單相模擬,計(jì)算得到的功率準(zhǔn)數(shù)與攪拌功率略高于實(shí)驗(yàn)值,偏差最大不超過5%。對(duì)于氣液兩相流的模擬采用CFD和PBM耦合求解。采用多重參考系法和SST湍流模型計(jì)算,采用默認(rèn)的曳力模型模擬的氣含率較低,改用修正的Symmetric曳力模型得到的總體氣含率和功率消耗與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果基本吻合。此外,模擬還得到了大量實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下難以測(cè)量的局部信息,如宏觀流場(chǎng)、表觀粘度分布、氣含率分布等,直觀地探究了反應(yīng)器內(nèi)的流體混合狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Agitator is widely used in chemical industry. In this paper, the gas-liquid two-phase flow in different solution is studied and numerically simulated. The concentration of CMC and the combination of impeller are investigated. The effects of aeration volume and stirring speed on ventilation power, gas holdup and volumetric oxygen mass transfer coefficient. The results show that under the same operating conditions, the gas holdup and volume oxygen mass transfer coefficient decrease with the increase of CMC concentration. The gas holdup of lower pressure combined propeller is higher than that of upturned combined propeller. Power consumption is affected by viscosity. The volumetric oxygen mass transfer coefficient of BTD 2HDTd combined propeller is higher than that of BTD 2KSXd. considering the optimum mass transfer and mixing characteristics of BTD 2HDTd combination propeller, the effect of gas distributor on ventilation power consumption and gas holdup in CMC medium is investigated. It is concluded that the microporous distributor is more favorable for gas dispersion than the ring distributor. The results provide the basic data for the design and amplification of the industrial reactor and have certain reference value. The single-phase simulation of a new type of combined propeller BTD 2HDTD is carried out. The calculated power standard and stirring power are slightly higher than the experimental values, and the maximum deviation is not more than 5. The simulation of gas-liquid two-phase flow is solved by CFD and PBM coupling. The multi-reference system method and the SST turbulence model are used to calculate the two-phase flow. The gas holdup simulated by the default drag model is relatively low, and the total gas holdup and power consumption obtained by using the modified Symmetric drag model are in good agreement with the experimental results. In addition, a great deal of local information which is difficult to measure under the experimental conditions is obtained by the simulation. For example, macroscopic flow field, apparent viscosity distribution, gas holdup distribution and so on, the fluid mixing state in the reactor was investigated intuitively.
