6種常規(guī)攪拌器的剪切性能研究

【摘要】:不同攪拌工況下剪切性能的需求是選用攪拌器的一個重要指標(biāo),文中基于對常規(guī)的6種攪拌器流場的CFD模擬,計算了攪拌器各自的剪切性能量綱一數(shù)C_3,分析了攪拌流場中剪應(yīng)力的累計概率分布及統(tǒng)計平均結(jié)果。二者對比發(fā)現(xiàn):從宏觀平均效果上看,攪拌器剪切性能滿足直葉槳斜葉槳,圓盤渦輪開啟渦輪槳式;而剪應(yīng)力極大值影響作用則是直葉圓盤渦輪斜葉圓盤渦輪直葉槳式斜葉開啟渦輪直葉開啟渦輪斜葉槳式。因此,對剪切作用敏感的攪拌過程,在采用常規(guī)的攪拌器剪切性能評價的基礎(chǔ)上,還需要充分考慮攪拌流場中剪應(yīng)力極大值的影響,合理選用攪拌器。
[Abstract]:The requirement of shear performance under different stirring conditions is an important index of selecting agitator. This paper is based on the CFD simulation of the flow field of six kinds of agitators. The shear performance dimensions of agitator C3 are calculated, and the cumulative probability distribution and statistical average results of shear stress in agitator flow field are analyzed. It is found that the shear performance of agitator meets the oblique blade propeller of straight blade from the macroscopic average effect. The effect of the maximum shear stress on the turbine propeller is that of the straight blade, the straight blade, the straight blade, the straight blade, and the straight blade. Therefore, the agitation process is sensitive to the shear action. Based on the conventional evaluation of the shear performance of agitator, it is necessary to consider the influence of the maximum shear stress in the mixing flow field and select the stirrer reasonably.
