高厚比對(duì)新型混凝土橫孔空心砌塊砌體受壓性能影響試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:墻體材料在建筑行業(yè)中有著非常廣泛的運(yùn)用,然而傳統(tǒng)的墻體材料在生產(chǎn)及使用過(guò)程中有著耗費(fèi)耕地多、耗能大、污染環(huán)境、自重大、保溫性不好等諸多缺點(diǎn),隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,人們對(duì)性能更優(yōu)異、生產(chǎn)更環(huán)保節(jié)能的墻體材料的需求日益增長(zhǎng),新型混凝土橫孔空心砌塊正是順應(yīng)國(guó)家政策和社會(huì)需求而誕生的一種新型墻體材料,此種砌塊較好地克服了傳統(tǒng)砌塊的諸多缺點(diǎn),具有節(jié)能、節(jié)地、抗裂、防滲、輕質(zhì)、隔熱、環(huán)保、施工周期短等多種優(yōu)點(diǎn),得到了行業(yè)和社會(huì)的認(rèn)可。課題組已經(jīng)對(duì)該砌塊砌體各項(xiàng)性能做了試驗(yàn)研究。本文在課題組已有的研究成果上,研究了高厚比對(duì)新型混凝土橫孔空心砌塊砌體受壓性能的影響,具體研究工作內(nèi)容如下:(1)對(duì)每種砌塊、根據(jù)每種砌塊制作的砌體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)抗壓試件,和后期試件砌筑用砂漿進(jìn)行抗壓試驗(yàn)。(2)對(duì)三個(gè)同厚度,不同高厚比的砌體試件進(jìn)行了軸壓靜載試驗(yàn),研究了試件的高厚比對(duì)砌體裂縫開(kāi)展、破壞征兆、破壞形式、開(kāi)裂荷載、極限荷載、豎向變形、平面外位移、及穩(wěn)定性的影響。(3)對(duì)三個(gè)同高厚比,不同厚度的砌體試件進(jìn)行了軸壓靜載試驗(yàn),研究了試件的厚度對(duì)砌體的裂縫開(kāi)展、破壞征兆、破壞形式、開(kāi)裂荷載、極限荷載、豎向變形、平面外位移、及穩(wěn)定性的影響。(4)按照砌體規(guī)范計(jì)算各個(gè)試件的極限承載力,并與試驗(yàn)值比較,分析砌體規(guī)范公式對(duì)此種砌體的適用性。(5)提出了對(duì)課題組后續(xù)研究工作的建議,并結(jié)合試件的制作過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的的問(wèn)題提出砌體施工建議。
[Abstract]:Wall materials are widely used in the construction industry. However, the traditional wall materials have many disadvantages in the process of production and use, such as consuming more cultivated land, consuming more energy, polluting the environment, being self-important and not good at keeping temperature. With the development of society, people have more excellent performance, and the demand for producing more environmental protection and energy saving wall materials is increasing. The new type of concrete hollow block with horizontal hole is just a new type of wall material born to conform to the national policy and social demand. This kind of block has overcome many disadvantages of traditional block, and has many advantages, such as saving energy, saving land, resisting crack, preventing seepage, light weight, heat insulation, environmental protection, short construction period, etc. It has been recognized by the industry and the society. The research group has made an experimental study on the properties of the block masonry. In this paper, the influence of the ratio of height to thickness on the compressive performance of the new type concrete hollow block masonry with horizontal hole is studied on the basis of the existing research results of the research group. The specific research contents are as follows: (1) for each type of block, the masonry standard compression test pieces made according to each kind of block, and the mortar used for later masonry, are tested on the same thickness as three kinds of masonry mortar. The axial compression static load test of masonry specimens with different ratio of height to thickness was carried out. The ratio of height to thickness of the specimens was studied. The cracking signs, failure forms, cracking load, ultimate load, vertical deformation, out-of-plane displacement of the specimens were studied. And the influence of stability. (3) three masonry specimens with the same height and thickness ratio and different thickness are tested under static axial loading, and the crack development, failure symptom, failure form, cracking load, ultimate load, vertical deformation of masonry are studied by the thickness of the specimen. The influence of out-of-plane displacement and stability. (4) the ultimate bearing capacity of each specimen is calculated according to the masonry code, and the applicability of the formula of masonry code to this kind of masonry is analyzed by comparing with the test value. Some suggestions for masonry construction are put forward according to the problems in the process of making the specimens.
