【摘要】：主要對酸浸鋁土礦、酸浸鋁灰(包括尾礦、赤泥、粉煤灰等其他固體廢物)等除鐵工藝的原理和方法進行了綜述,并提出用混酸法浸出鋁質(zhì)巖以提取納米氫氧化鋁的方法。混酸法除鐵時,用pH為13的氫氧化鈉溶液調(diào)節(jié)浸出液的pH,除鐵后濾液中鐵離子質(zhì)量分數(shù)小于1×10~(-5),從而達到除鐵的目的。用混酸浸出鋁質(zhì)巖并調(diào)節(jié)溶液pH以實現(xiàn)鐵鋁分離,操作簡單,除鐵成本低,除鐵完全,是處理鋁質(zhì)巖較佳除鐵工藝。
[Abstract]:The acid leaching of bauxite, aluminum ash (including acid leaching tailings, red mud, fly ash and other solid waste) and iron removal technology principle and methods are summarized, and put forward the mixed acid leaching of aluminum rock by the extraction method of nano aluminium hydroxide. The mixed acid method of removing iron, regulated by pH extract 13 sodium hydroxide solution pH, removing iron, iron ion concentration of filtrate is less than 1 * 10~ (-5), so as to achieve the purpose of removing Fe. Using mixed acid leaching solution of pH aluminum rock and adjust to achieve the separation of iron and aluminum, iron has the advantages of simple operation, low cost, complete removal of iron, aluminum processing is more rock good iron removal process.
