矸石電廠CFB灰渣在水泥混凝土中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著國內(nèi)煤矸石電廠的增加,其排放的固體廢棄物CFB(循環(huán)流化床)灰渣大量堆積填埋。為促進(jìn)CFB灰渣的利用,以中煤華昱煤矸石循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)園為依托,開展了CFB灰渣特性及在水泥混凝土中的應(yīng)用研究。提出了利用CFB粉煤灰替代普通粉煤灰與礦粉配制混凝土,并在此基礎(chǔ)上研制出了以CFB粉煤灰為主體的具有微膨脹性能的路面基層專用水泥,初步研究了其對(duì)水泥穩(wěn)定材料抗裂性能的影響。研究結(jié)果如下:(1)CFB灰渣中的Loss、CaO及SO3含量隨脫硫工藝及入爐煤的改變有較大波動(dòng)。原狀CFB灰渣的需水量極大且火山灰活性低,這與其微觀疏松多孔的的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)有關(guān),機(jī)械活化后CFB粉煤灰的需水性急劇下降,且28d的火山灰活性呈跨越式增長(zhǎng),高達(dá)95%。(2)由不同種類的CFB灰渣對(duì)比分析可得:爐渣的需水性低于粉煤灰,但是易磨性差,早期活性低。CFB鍋爐的爐溫對(duì)灰渣的活性影響顯著,其中900℃低溫粉煤灰的活性指數(shù)高達(dá)95%以上,而高溫型粉煤灰F1的活性僅為75%,各種不同灰渣的28d活性指數(shù)大小排序?yàn)?XF2≈F2C2C1F1。(3)CFB灰渣作為水泥混合材時(shí),會(huì)使得水泥的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)稠度需水量迅速上升,對(duì)減水劑的吸附性強(qiáng),導(dǎo)致水泥漿體的流動(dòng)度損失較快,但是使用分子量大的聚羧酸減水劑,利用其“空間位阻”效應(yīng)可以有效改善水泥漿體的流動(dòng)性能。CFB灰渣水泥的后期增長(zhǎng)幅度大,50%摻量的F2與XF2的28d力學(xué)強(qiáng)度均能達(dá)到55MPa以上。CFB粉煤灰水泥替代P.O42.5水泥、普通粉煤灰及部分礦粉配制混凝土,早期強(qiáng)度稍有下降,但是后期強(qiáng)度高,完全滿足C30混凝土對(duì)力學(xué)性能的要求。(4)利用XF2的高火山灰活性及CaO、SO3膨脹組分,研制出了以CFB粉煤灰為主體的路面基層專用水泥,其基本配比為:熟料30%,石膏3%(SO3含量5.2%)、XF2粉煤灰67%,將其應(yīng)用于水泥穩(wěn)定碎石中,結(jié)果表明,CFB路面基層專用水泥穩(wěn)定材料的7d無側(cè)限抗壓強(qiáng)度稍低于P.C32.5,但是28d及90d的強(qiáng)度明顯高于后者,且路面基層專用水泥的的微膨脹作用補(bǔ)償了收縮,密實(shí)了內(nèi)部孔隙,極大地改善了水泥穩(wěn)定材料的抗裂性能。
[Abstract]:With the increase of coal gangue power plant in China, the solid waste CFB (circulating fluidized bed) ash discharged from the coal gangue is piled up and landfilled in large quantities. In order to promote the utilization of CFB ash, it relies on Huayu Coal gangue Recycling Economic Industrial Park of China Coal Mine. The characteristics of CFB ash and its application in cement concrete were studied. It was put forward that CFB fly ash should be used to prepare concrete instead of ordinary fly ash and mineral powder. On the basis of this, a special cement for pavement base with CFB fly ash as the main body with micro-expansion performance is developed. The effect of CFB on crack resistance of cement stabilizer was studied. The results are as follows: the contents of Lossn Cao and SO3 in CFB slag fluctuate with the change of desulfurization process and coal. The water requirement of raw CFB ash is great and the activity of pozzolanic ash is low. This is related to the micro porous internal structure. After mechanical activation, the water demand of CFB fly ash decreases sharply, and the pozzolanic activity of 28 days increases by leaps and bounds. According to the comparative analysis of different kinds of CFB ash, it can be found that the water requirement of slag is lower than that of fly ash, but the grindability is poor.
