【摘要】:以碳酸鋯銨((NH_4)_2ZrO(CO_3)_2)和硅酸鈉(Na_2SiO_3·9H_2O)為原料,十二烷基硫酸鈉(C_(12)H_(25)SO_4Na)為分散劑,Li F作礦化劑,采取溶膠-凝膠分步包裹法制備ZrSiO_4包裹Ce_2S_3色料。本文研究了制備工藝條件對其合成的影響,并利用X射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)、透射電鏡(TEM)、綜合熱分析(DTA-TG)等測試手段對實驗樣品進行表征及分析。實驗結果表明:溶膠-凝膠分步包裹法能對Ce_2S_3色料形成較致密的ZrSiO_4包裹層,在750℃的弱還原氣氛中煅燒30 min,能合成桃紅色的ZrSiO_4包裹Ce_2S_3色料且能使該包裹色料的熱穩(wěn)定性提高到1200℃以上。
[Abstract]:ZrSiO_4 coated Ce_2S_3 pigments were prepared by sol-gel step encapsulation method using ammonium zirconium carbonate (NH _ 4H _ 4) _ 2ZrO _ (2) and sodium silicate Na2SiO _ (3 路9H _ 2O) as raw materials and 12 alkyl sodium sulfate (C _ (12) H _ (12) H _ (12) so _ (4) Na) as mineralizers. The experimental samples were characterized and analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and DTA-TG.
