三醋酸纖維素納米纖維膜的制備及其油水分離應(yīng)用

【摘要】:石油開(kāi)采和油船運(yùn)輸泄露的油污污染日益突出,使得質(zhì)輕、親水疏油的油水分離材料得到廣泛關(guān)注。本文在無(wú)任何添加劑條件下,以三醋酸纖維素(TCA)/N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)溶液通過(guò)熱致相分離(TIPS)制備TCA納米纖維膜。研究了淬火時(shí)間、溫度和聚合物濃度等條件對(duì)TCA納米纖維膜形貌的影響。TCA納米纖維膜的形貌、孔隙率和比表面積通過(guò)SEM、乙醇法和N2吸脫附表征。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,最佳實(shí)驗(yàn)條件為:淬火時(shí)間180 min、淬火溫度-20℃、聚合物質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)5%,得到直徑為(110±28)nm均勻纖維膜。與塊狀TCA流延膜相比,TCA納米纖維膜的高孔隙率和大比表面積以及表面特殊的微/納結(jié)構(gòu),使其水接觸角由86.2°增加到137.5°。由于高疏水性和親油性以及強(qiáng)烈的毛細(xì)作用,TCA納米纖維膜的吸油容量達(dá)到21.5 g/g,分別是流延膜的20~42倍,且可快速吸收油水混合物中的油層。TCA納米纖維膜是一種可生物降解的溢油污染清潔材料。
[Abstract]:The oil pollution caused by oil exploitation and oil tanker transportation is becoming more and more prominent, which makes the oil-water separation materials with light weight and hydrophilic and thinning oil widely concerned. In this paper, without any additives, the oil and water separation materials are widely concerned. The TCA nanofiber films were prepared by thermo-induced phase separation of TCA nanofibers in TCA / Na-dimethylacetamide (DMAC) solution. The effects of quenching time, temperature and polymer concentration on the morphology of TCA nanofibers were studied. The porosity and specific surface area are desorbed by SEM, ethanol and N2. The experimental results show that the optimum experimental conditions are as follows: quenching time 180 min, quenching temperature -20 鈩,
