【摘要】:以高爐渣為研究對(duì)象,采用Factsage熱力學(xué)軟件模擬高爐渣冷卻過程中礦物開始析出溫度、礦物的析出種類及含量;采用熔體物性綜合測(cè)定儀研究高爐渣降溫過程中的黏度變化;采用X射線衍射儀(XRD)和場(chǎng)發(fā)射掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)研究高爐渣不同溫度下的礦物組成和顯微結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果表明:高爐渣冷卻過程中,1 350℃開始析出晶體,析出的主晶相為鈣鋁黃長(zhǎng)石(Ca_2Al_2SiO_7)和鎂黃長(zhǎng)石(Ca_2MgSi_2O_7)。此外,熔融高爐渣成纖適宜的溫度區(qū)間為1 350~1 371℃。
[Abstract]:Taking the blast furnace slag as the research object, using Factsage thermodynamics software to simulate the precipitation temperature, the type and content of the minerals, the viscosity change during the cooling process of the blast furnace slag is studied by using the melt physical property comprehensive measuring instrument. The mineral composition and microstructure of blast furnace slag at different temperatures were studied by means of X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscope (SEM).
