【摘要】:特種陶瓷作為一種新興的結(jié)構(gòu)材料,具有耐腐蝕、高硬度、耐高溫等特點(diǎn)。如何實(shí)現(xiàn)陶瓷與金屬的可靠連接是發(fā)揮陶瓷材料作用的關(guān)鍵。從原子結(jié)構(gòu)和物理化學(xué)匹配性兩個(gè)方面分析了陶瓷與金屬連接的特點(diǎn),并介紹了常用的陶瓷與金屬的連接方法,包括釬焊、固相擴(kuò)散連接法、過(guò)渡液相連接法、反應(yīng)成形連接法和自蔓延高溫合成連接法等,重點(diǎn)介紹了他們的原理、特點(diǎn)、適用范圍。在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)陶瓷與金屬的連接方法進(jìn)行了綜述和展望。
[Abstract]:As a new kind of structural material, special ceramics have corrosion resistance, high hardness, How to realize the reliable connection between ceramics and metals is the key to play the role of ceramic materials. The characteristics of ceramic and metal bonding are analyzed from the aspects of atomic structure and physicochemical matching. The joining methods of ceramics and metals are introduced, including brazing, solid phase diffusion bonding, transition liquid phase bonding, reaction forming bonding and self propagating high temperature synthesis bonding, etc. Their principles and characteristics are emphatically introduced. Application scope. On the basis of this, the bonding methods between ceramics and metals are reviewed and prospected.
