硫酸鎂與碳酸鈉反應制備堿式碳酸鎂的研究

【摘要】:圍繞七水合硫酸鎂和碳酸鈉為原料制備堿式碳酸鎂,考察了復分解反應溫度、熱解溫度、熱解時間、反應物濃度、原料配比以及原料硫酸鎂中加入硫酸鈉等因素對硫酸鎂轉(zhuǎn)化率和產(chǎn)品結(jié)構形貌的影響。采用X射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)對樣品進行表征。結(jié)果表明:制備堿式碳酸鎂的適宜條件為復分解反應溫度為50℃、熱解溫度為85℃、熱解時間為2 h、原料硫酸鎂的濃度為0.3 mol/L、硫酸鎂與碳酸鈉物質(zhì)的量比為1∶1.1;所得產(chǎn)品堿式碳酸鎂為片狀結(jié)構聚集的玫瑰花樣棒狀;原料硫酸鎂中加入一定量硫酸鈉對堿式碳酸鎂的制備沒有明顯的影響。此外,設計了制備堿式碳酸鎂的工藝,并實現(xiàn)了母液的循環(huán)利用。
[Abstract]:The basic magnesium carbonate was prepared from magnesium sulfate heptahydrate and sodium carbonate. The reaction temperature, pyrolysis temperature, pyrolysis time, concentration of reactants were investigated. The effects of the ratio of raw materials and the addition of sodium sulfate to magnesium sulfate on the conversion of magnesium sulfate and the structure and morphology of the product were studied. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that the basic carbonate was prepared.
