鋼纖維對(duì)再生粗骨料水泥混凝土力學(xué)性能影響研究

【摘要】:通過對(duì)3種類型(銑削型、波紋型、端鉤型)鋼纖維再生粗骨料混凝土的力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn),探討體積分?jǐn)?shù)分別為0、0.5%、1%、1.5%對(duì)再生粗骨料水泥混凝土的抗壓強(qiáng)度、劈拉強(qiáng)度、抗折強(qiáng)度及抗沖擊性能的影響。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:鋼纖維摻入使再生粗骨料水泥混凝土的力學(xué)性能明顯增強(qiáng),端鉤型鋼纖維對(duì)再生粗骨料混凝土的性能影響最大;鋼纖維摻量對(duì)劈拉強(qiáng)度和抗折強(qiáng)度影響顯著,對(duì)抗壓強(qiáng)度影響較小,同時(shí)能提高抗沖擊性能,當(dāng)鋼纖維摻量為1%時(shí),再生粗骨料混凝土的初裂沖擊次數(shù)能提高將近300%。該研究對(duì)同類再生粗骨料混凝土中添加鋼纖維后的力學(xué)性能研究具有一定參考和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:By testing the mechanical properties of three types of steel fiber recycled coarse aggregate concrete (milling type, corrugated type, end hook type), the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of three types of steel fiber recycled coarse aggregate concrete with volume fraction of 0 ~ 0. 5% and 1. 5% respectively are discussed. The experimental results show that the mechanical properties of recycled coarse aggregate cement concrete are obviously enhanced by the addition of steel fiber, and the end hook steel fiber has the greatest effect on the performance of recycled coarse aggregate concrete. The effect of steel fiber content on splitting tensile strength and flexural strength is significant, and the influence on compressive strength is small. At the same time, the impact resistance of steel fiber is improved. When the steel fiber content is 1, The initial crack impact times of recycled coarse aggregate concrete can be increased by nearly 300. This study has a certain reference and reference significance for the study of mechanical properties of recycled coarse aggregate concrete after adding steel fiber to the same kind of recycled coarse aggregate concrete.
