氧化鋁碳熱還原氮化的機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:AlN陶瓷在力學(xué)、電學(xué)等方面具有突出的優(yōu)異性能,因此在基體材料、陶瓷、光學(xué)等領(lǐng)域有廣泛的應(yīng)用。AlN主要由Al2O3碳熱還原法制備,Al2O3的碳熱還原氮化有兩個(gè)階段:碳熱還原階段和氮化階段。由于研究者對(duì)氧化鋁碳熱還原的機(jī)理認(rèn)識(shí)有分歧,所以Al2O3碳熱還原法制備AlN的機(jī)理認(rèn)識(shí)也存在分歧。本文通過實(shí)驗(yàn)和熱力學(xué)計(jì)算對(duì)Al2O3的碳熱還原氮化機(jī)理進(jìn)行了研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)主要進(jìn)行了Al2O3的碳熱還原氮化實(shí)驗(yàn)、Al2O3碳熱還原產(chǎn)物的分解與氮化實(shí)驗(yàn)、CO對(duì)Al2O3碳熱還原過程影響的實(shí)驗(yàn)。Al2O3的碳熱還原氮化實(shí)驗(yàn)從氮?dú)鈮毫、氮(dú)饬魉、反?yīng)時(shí)間和反應(yīng)溫度四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了研究,根據(jù)熱力學(xué)計(jì)算和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,說明Al2O3和C在加熱過程中會(huì)生成含鋁氣體,含鋁氣體與N2反應(yīng)生成AlN。Al2O3碳熱還原產(chǎn)物物相為Al4O4C、Al4C3、Al2O3和C,其氮化實(shí)驗(yàn)從氮?dú)鈮毫、氮(dú)饬魉、反?yīng)時(shí)間和反應(yīng)溫度進(jìn)行研究。同時(shí)對(duì)Al2O3碳熱的還原產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了分解實(shí)驗(yàn)。根據(jù)熱力學(xué)計(jì)算和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,說明Al4O4C、Al4C3加熱時(shí)可以產(chǎn)生含鋁氣體,含鋁氣體與N2反應(yīng)生成AlN,與 CO 生成 Al4O4C、Al4C3、Al2O3、C。實(shí)驗(yàn)探究了 CO對(duì)Al2O3碳熱還原氮化的影響,結(jié)果表明CO分壓大,抑制Al2O3分解,通過CO進(jìn)行還原Al2O3的可能性較小。實(shí)驗(yàn)探究了 Al2O3未直接與C接觸的氮化實(shí)驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明Al2O3可能分解為Al2O、AlO、Al和O2,真空爐中的碳質(zhì)元件可以和02反應(yīng)生成CO,Al2O、AlO、Al 和 CO 生成 Al4O4C、Al4C3、Al2O3、C,和N2 生成 AlN。因此 Al2O3 碳熱還原產(chǎn)生含鋁氣體機(jī)理應(yīng)該為Al2O3分解機(jī)理。
[Abstract]:AlN ceramic has excellent performance in mechanical, electrical and other aspects of the outstanding, therefore in the matrix material, ceramic, optical and other fields have a wide range of.AlN applications by carbothermal reduction of Al2O3 prepared by carbothermal reduction and nitridation, Al2O3 has two stages: the stage and the stage of nitride carbothermal reduction. The mechanism for the reduction of the researchers carbothermic alumina understanding differences, so the understanding of the mechanism of carbothermal reduction of Al2O3 prepared by AlN. There are also differences between experiments and thermodynamic calculations of Al2O3 carbon thermal reduction and nitridation mechanism was studied. The experiment of carbon thermal Al2O3 also nitridation experiment, decomposition product and experimental nitride carbothermal reduction of Al2O3 from the experiment, nitride nitrogen pressure, flow rate of nitrogen carbon thermal reduction process of CO experiment of.Al2O3 effect on Al2O3 carbon thermal reduction, the four aspects of reaction time and reaction temperature were studied. According to the thermodynamic calculation and experiment The result shows, Al2O3 and C will generate aluminum containing gas in the heating process, aluminum containing gas and N2 reaction of carbothermal reduction of AlN.Al2O3 phase of the product is Al4O4C, Al4C3, Al2O3 and C, the nitride experiment from the nitrogen pressure, nitrogen flow rate, reaction time and reaction temperature were investigated. At the same time, the carbon thermal reduction product Al2O3 the decomposition experiment. According to the thermodynamic calculation and experimental results show that Al4O4C, Al4C3, heating can produce aluminum containing gas, gas and N2 reaction of AlN and CO, Al4C3, Al2O3, Al4O4C generation, C. experiments to explore the effect of CO on Al2O3 carbothermal nitridation. The results showed that the partial pressure of CO, inhibit the degradation of Al2O3 and the possibility of smaller reduction of Al2O3 by CO. The Al2O3 experiment nitride direct contact with the C, the results show that Al2O3 can be decomposed into Al2O, AlO, Al and O2, carbon elements in the vacuum stove with 02 reaction CO, Al2 O, AlO, Al, and CO generate Al4O4C, Al4C3, Al2O3, C, and N2 to generate AlN. so that the mechanism of producing Al containing gases by the Al2O3 carbothermal reduction should be the mechanism of the Al2O3 decomposition.
