乙酸異丙酯萃取酚水中酚的研究

【摘要】:為提高煤氣化酚水酚類(lèi)物質(zhì)的回收率,研究一種新的萃取劑——乙酸異丙酯。從分配系數(shù)、pH值、萃取比、水解反應(yīng)(包括水解反應(yīng)速率及其動(dòng)力模型)等方面研究其萃取性能。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示乙酸異丙酯對(duì)酚類(lèi)的萃取效果高于異丙醚,略低于甲基異丁基甲酮(MIBK)。從工業(yè)運(yùn)行角度考慮,比較理想的萃取工藝條件:萃取溫度30—60℃,pH值8.3—8.5,萃取比1∶6—1∶8,萃取級(jí)數(shù)為三級(jí)。對(duì)比不同pH值,溫度下乙酸異丙酯的分解速率及堿性條件下的水解動(dòng)力學(xué),發(fā)現(xiàn)乙酸異丙酯的水解量較小,相對(duì)于揮發(fā)損失可不必考慮。因此乙酸異丙酯是一種可替代的酚類(lèi)萃取劑。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the recovery rate of phenol and water phenols in coal gasification, a new extractant, isopropyl acetate, was studied. The effects of isopropyl acetate on the extraction of phenols were found to be higher than those of isopropyl ether and slightly lower than that of methyl isobutyl methyl ketone MIBKN from the point of view of industrial operation, the results showed that the extraction efficiency of isopropyl acetate was higher than that of isopropyl ether and slightly lower than that of methyl isobutyl ketone.
