無(wú)粘結(jié)劑炭材料的工藝研究

【摘要】:國(guó)內(nèi)外研究者主要以瀝青中間相小球?yàn)閱我辉、通過(guò)自燒結(jié)工藝研制無(wú)粘結(jié)劑炭材料,相比傳統(tǒng)炭石墨材料的生產(chǎn)工藝更加簡(jiǎn)單,并且其焙燒后的制品致密均勻、性能優(yōu)異,可以在冶金、航天等領(lǐng)域得到廣泛應(yīng)用。但受限于瀝青中間相小球的高昂,且其生產(chǎn)條件苛刻、產(chǎn)出率較低,所以目前尚未實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。為降低生產(chǎn)成本、簡(jiǎn)化工藝流程、提高產(chǎn)出效率,本文選用生石油焦和自制煤瀝青基類中間相原料,經(jīng)制粉、成型和焙燒后順利研制出優(yōu)質(zhì)無(wú)粘結(jié)劑炭材料,探索了用硝酸對(duì)生焦原料進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,和在類中間相原料中引入天然晶型石墨(鱗片石墨)來(lái)進(jìn)一步提升焙燒制品的性能,并就其形成機(jī)理展開了分析和討論。以生石油焦為原料制得樣品均優(yōu)于普通優(yōu)質(zhì)炭材料,其體積密度可達(dá)1.62g/cm3,抗折強(qiáng)度可達(dá)34MPa,抗壓強(qiáng)度可達(dá)72MPa;經(jīng)硝酸預(yù)處理后樣品性能進(jìn)一步提升,體積密度可達(dá)1.64g/cm3抗折強(qiáng)度可達(dá)39.6MPa,抗壓強(qiáng)度可達(dá)81.8MPa。對(duì)煤瀝青在240℃下預(yù)處理120min得到類中間相原料,以此制得樣品體積密度可達(dá)1.61g/cm3,抗折強(qiáng)度可達(dá)78MPa,抗壓強(qiáng)度可達(dá)152MPa。在煤瀝青類中間相原料制備過(guò)程中加入天然晶型石墨后制得樣品的抗折、抗壓強(qiáng)度下降,但導(dǎo)電性與抗氧化性得到提升。其中當(dāng)石墨添加量為6wt%時(shí),制得樣品的抗折強(qiáng)度可達(dá)29.8MPa,電阻率僅為46μΩ·m。
[Abstract]:Domestic and foreign researchers mainly use pitch mesophase pellets as a single raw material to develop unbonded carbon materials through self-sintering process. Compared with traditional carbon graphite materials, the production process is simpler, and the calcined products are compact and uniform, and the properties are excellent. It can be widely used in metallurgy, spaceflight and other fields. However, it is limited by the high level of pitch mesophase pellets, and its production conditions are harsh and its productivity is low, so it has not yet been realized in industrial production. In order to reduce the production cost and simplify the technological process, In order to improve the production efficiency, the raw petroleum coke and self-made coal pitch mesophase raw materials were selected in this paper. After pulverizing, forming and roasting, the high-quality non-binder carbon materials were successfully developed, and the pretreatment of coke raw materials with nitric acid was explored. And introducing natural crystalline graphite (flake graphite) into mesophase raw materials to further improve the properties of roasted products, and its formation mechanism was analyzed and discussed. The samples prepared from raw petroleum coke were superior to those of ordinary high quality carbon materials. The bulk density is 1.62g / cm ~ 3, the flexural strength is 34MPa, and the compressive strength is 72MPa.
