織物增強混凝土的研究與應用進展

【摘要】:為了進一步推動織物增強混凝土(TRC)這一具有輕質、高強、良好耐久性及良好增強和控裂等特性材料的研究工作及其在土木結構工程中的實際應用,首先介紹了國內外有關TRC水泥基材料的研究進展和應用領域,逐一闡述了精細混凝土及織物類型、TRC的多尺度界面性能、制備工藝,對TRC代表性試驗研究和理論研究方面做了詳細分類和歸納,并展望了TRC的發(fā)展趨勢和應用前景。最后提出了TRC研發(fā)和相關應用的一些關鍵性問題和建議:TRC的相關試驗研究應轉向大跨空間結構和理論及數(shù)值模擬方面,建立相關極端荷載條件下TRC的力學本構模型,從理論上分析纖維織物與混凝土基體間的增韌、增強機理,進而為進一步改善和提高TRC性能提供重要參考,實現(xiàn)新型TRC材料的產(chǎn)業(yè)化生產(chǎn)及應用。
[Abstract]:In order to further promote the research work of fabric reinforced concrete (TRC), which has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, good durability, good reinforcement and crack control, and its practical application in civil engineering, The research progress and application fields of TRC cement-based materials at home and abroad are introduced, and the multi-scale interfacial properties and preparation process of fine concrete and fabric type TRC are described one by one. In this paper, the representative test and theoretical research of TRC are classified and summarized in detail. The development trend and application prospect of TRC are prospected. Finally, some key problems in TRC research and development and related applications are put forward and some suggestions are given that the related experimental research of TRC should be turned to large span space structure, theory and numerical simulation. The mechanical constitutive model of TRC under relative extreme loads is established, and the toughening and strengthening mechanism between fiber fabric and concrete matrix is analyzed theoretically, which provides an important reference for further improving and improving the properties of TRC. Industrial production and application of new TRC materials are realized.
