PEMFC堆輸出性能影響分析與膜含水量監(jiān)測方法研究

【摘要】:在燃料電池中,質(zhì)子交換膜燃料電池(Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell,PEMFC)具有功率密度高、無污染、低溫啟動等優(yōu)點(diǎn),特別適用于人們?nèi)粘I钪?有著光明的市場應(yīng)用前景。但是在實際中PEMFC堆輸出性能受操作條件(溫度、濕度等)影響較大,研究操作條件對PEMFC堆輸出性能影響規(guī)律可以很好地指導(dǎo)對操作條件的有效控制;此外,PEMFC堆內(nèi)膜含水量變化難以準(zhǔn)確監(jiān)測,尋求膜含水量監(jiān)測方法將實現(xiàn)良好的水管理,達(dá)到優(yōu)化輸出性能的目的。本文從PEMFC堆工作特性出發(fā),結(jié)合其電壓-電流(V-I)與阻抗特性,研究了操作條件對PEMFC堆輸出性能影響規(guī)律,同時提出了一種基于快速電化學(xué)阻抗譜法(Electrochemical Imepdance Spetroscopy,EIS)監(jiān)測膜水含量變化方法。本文主要研究內(nèi)容如下:1、理論分析與仿真研究。結(jié)合PEMFC堆結(jié)構(gòu)與工作特點(diǎn),分析了影響燃料電池輸出性能的原因,得出理論V-I關(guān)系式,同時提出V-I參數(shù),簡化表達(dá)式。其次,利用MATLAB仿真分析了操作條件對輸出性能影響的具體變化規(guī)律,最后建立了PEMFC等效電路模型。2、實驗平臺搭建與實驗方法設(shè)計。為了實現(xiàn)本研究,設(shè)計并搭建了水冷型PEMFC堆實驗平臺與上位機(jī)監(jiān)控軟件,同時分別針對PEMFC極化段、歐姆段與濃差段,進(jìn)行不同操作條件下的V-I與阻抗特性實驗。3、實驗數(shù)據(jù)分析與方法提出。通過對不同操作條件下V-I曲線變化規(guī)律以及對擬合的阻抗參數(shù)的分析,得出PEMFC堆輸出性能優(yōu)化原則與操作條件對V-I參數(shù)的影響規(guī)律。最后在實驗成果的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種基于快速EIS監(jiān)測膜水含量變化方法,并通過實驗驗證了其有效性,這將對PEMFC堆的水管理及實際應(yīng)用有較大的幫助。
[Abstract]:In fuel cells, proton Exchange Membrane Fuel PEMFCs have the advantages of high power density, no pollution, low temperature start-up and so on, which are especially suitable for people's daily life. But in practice, the output performance of PEMFC reactor is greatly affected by the operating conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.). The study of the effect of operating conditions on the output performance of PEMFC reactor can well guide the effective control of operating conditions. In addition, it is difficult to accurately monitor the change of inner membrane water content in PEMFC reactor. The method of membrane water content monitoring will realize good water management and achieve the purpose of optimizing output performance. Based on the working characteristics of PEMFC reactor, this paper combines its voltage-current V-I) and impedance characteristics. The effect of operating conditions on the output performance of PEMFC reactor is studied. At the same time, a new method for monitoring the water content of the membrane based on electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) is proposed. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1, theoretical analysis and simulation, combined with the structure and working characteristics of PEMFC reactor. The reasons that affect the output performance of the fuel cell are analyzed, and the theoretical V-I relation formula is obtained. At the same time, the V-I parameters are put forward and the expression is simplified. Secondly, the specific variation law of the effect of operating conditions on the output performance is analyzed by MATLAB simulation. Finally, the PEMFC equivalent circuit model. 2, experimental platform and experimental method design are established. In order to realize this research, the water cooled PEMFC reactor experimental platform and host computer monitoring software are designed and built. At the same time, the polarization section of PEMFC is designed and built. In the ohmic section and the concentration section, the V-I and impedance characteristic experiments under different operating conditions were carried out. The experimental data were analyzed and the method was put forward. The variation law of V-I curve under different operating conditions and the impedance parameters of fitting were analyzed. The principle of optimizing the output performance of PEMFC reactor and the influence of operating conditions on V-I parameters are obtained. Finally, based on the experimental results, a method for monitoring membrane water content change based on fast EIS is proposed, and its effectiveness is verified by experiments. This will be of great help to the water management and practical application of PEMFC reactor.
