石灰法制備氫氧化鎂工藝研究

【摘要】:研究了石灰法制備氫氧化鎂的工藝,即將石灰乳(氫氧化鈣)作為沉淀劑,與鹽湖副產(chǎn)水氯鎂石配制的溶液進行反應(yīng)制備氫氧化鎂產(chǎn)品。研究了工藝條件對氫氧化鎂產(chǎn)品純度的影響,確定了獲得高純度氫氧化鎂產(chǎn)品的最優(yōu)工藝條件。優(yōu)化條件:以濃度為1 mol/L的氯化鈣溶液作為石灰消化的介質(zhì),石灰乳與水氯鎂石配比(鈣與鎂物質(zhì)的量比)為0.3,反應(yīng)溫度為30℃。
[Abstract]:The preparation of magnesium hydroxide by lime method was studied. The lime milk (calcium hydroxide) was used as precipitant. The magnesium hydroxide product was prepared by reaction with the solution of magnesium chloride, a by-product of salt lake, and the effect of technological conditions on the purity of magnesium hydroxide product was studied. The optimum technological conditions for obtaining high purity magnesium hydroxide were determined. The optimum conditions were as follows: calcium chloride solution with a concentration of 1 mol/L was used as the medium for lime digestion. The ratio of lime milk to magnesium chloride (the ratio of calcium to magnesium) is 0.3 and the reaction temperature is 30 鈩,
