廢棄電瓷制備輕質(zhì)隔熱材料的結(jié)構(gòu)與性能

【摘要】:電瓷材料在我國(guó)應(yīng)用較廣泛,用后的廢棄電瓷堆積成山,污染環(huán)境。而電瓷廢料中含有大量的Al2O3和SiO2,具備合成莫來石輕質(zhì)材料所需的主要成分,因此本課題以電瓷廢料為主要原料合成莫來石輕質(zhì)耐火材料,以達(dá)到回收利用電瓷廢料的同時(shí)降低輕質(zhì)耐火材料制備成本的目的。 本文在熱力學(xué)分析的基礎(chǔ)上探討熱處理溫度及電瓷廢料含量對(duì)合成輕質(zhì)隔熱耐火材料的影響。研究?jī)?nèi)容主要有三方面:(1)以高壓電瓷廢料為主要原料制備莫來石輕質(zhì)磚,研究燒成溫度、粘土加入量、造孔劑加入量和粒徑對(duì)莫來石輕質(zhì)磚性能和結(jié)構(gòu)的影響;(2)以高、低壓電瓷廢料為主要原料制備輕質(zhì)骨料,研究燒成溫度、電瓷廢料加入量、造孔劑種類及加入量對(duì)輕質(zhì)骨料性能和結(jié)構(gòu)的影響;(3)將所制備的輕質(zhì)骨料應(yīng)用于輕質(zhì)澆注料,研究骨料種類及燒成溫度對(duì)輕質(zhì)澆注料性能的影響。結(jié)果表明: (1)粘土含量為20wt.%、燒成溫度為1400℃時(shí),高壓電瓷廢料制備莫來石輕質(zhì)磚的性能達(dá)到最佳:體積密度1.14g/cm3,,顯氣孔率61%,耐壓強(qiáng)度3.5MPa,300℃時(shí)熱導(dǎo)率0.223W/(m·K)。 (2)低壓電瓷廢料含量為60wt.%,燒成溫度為1200℃時(shí),低壓電瓷廢料所造骨料綜合性能較好。所得骨料:顆粒強(qiáng)度35.3N、體積密度1.10g/cm3、顯氣孔率56.6%、堆積密度0.62g/cm3;高壓電瓷廢料含量為70wt.%,造孔劑選取為糠,且糠的外加量為1000mL/kg,燒成溫度為1400℃時(shí),高壓電瓷廢料所造骨料綜合性能較好。所得骨料:顆粒強(qiáng)度42.1N、堆積密度0.60g/cm3、體積密度0.96g/cm3、顯氣孔率65.8%。 (3)低壓電瓷廢料加入量增加,低壓電瓷澆注料110℃烘后強(qiáng)度隨之增大,骨料選用DA70時(shí),低壓電瓷澆注料性能較好;骨料選用HA-2、澆注料燒成溫度為1400℃時(shí),骨料與基質(zhì)部分結(jié)合緊密,高壓電瓷澆注料綜合性能較好。
[Abstract]:Electric porcelain materials are widely used in our country. The waste electric porcelain accumulates in mountains and pollutes the environment. The waste material of electric porcelain contains a lot of Al2O3 and Sio _ 2, and it has the main components needed for the synthesis of mullite light weight materials. Therefore, mullite lightweight refractories are synthesized by using electric porcelain waste as the main raw material, in order to achieve the purpose of recovering and utilizing electric porcelain waste and reducing the cost of preparing light refractory materials. On the basis of thermodynamics analysis, the effects of heat treatment temperature and the content of electric porcelain waste on the synthesis of light insulating refractory are discussed in this paper. The effects of sintering temperature, amount of clay, amount of pore-making agent and particle size on the properties and structure of mullite light brick were studied. Effects of kinds and amount of pore-making agents on the properties and structure of lightweight aggregates. The effects of kinds of aggregates and sintering temperature on the properties of lightweight castable were studied by applying the prepared lightweight aggregates to lightweight castables.
