碳酸鈣晶須對堿激發(fā)礦渣力學(xué)和熱穩(wěn)定性能的影響

【摘要】:為探討CaCO_3晶須對堿激發(fā)礦渣的強化機理,本文研究了不同晶須摻量(0%~9%)對堿激發(fā)礦渣力學(xué)和熱穩(wěn)定性能的影響,研究結(jié)果表明:CaCO_3晶須可通過減少基體的微裂隙從而顯著提高堿激發(fā)材料的力學(xué)性能;當(dāng)晶須用量為6%時,強化效果達到最佳,堿激發(fā)材料的抗壓和抗彎強度分別提高了22.7%和79.9%,另外由于CaCO_3晶須在低于650℃時具有較高的熱穩(wěn)定性,因此,在此溫度區(qū)間內(nèi)摻加晶須的堿激發(fā)材料的熱穩(wěn)定性得到了顯著強化。
[Abstract]:In order to study the strengthening mechanism of CaCO_3 whisker on alkali-excited slag, the effect of different whisker contents on the mechanical and thermal stability of alkali-activated slag was studied in this paper. The results show that the mechanical properties of alkali excited materials can be significantly improved by reducing the microcracks in the matrix, and the strengthening effect is optimal when the amount of whisker is 6. The compressive strength and flexural strength of alkali excited materials were increased by 22.7% and 79. 9, respectively. In addition, the thermal stability of CaCO_3 whiskers with whiskers was significantly strengthened in this temperature range because of their high thermal stability at lower than 650 鈩,
