植物纖維頁巖燒結(jié)微孔磚的制備及性能研究

【摘要】:采用頁巖為基礎(chǔ)原料,按照一定的配比添加一定細度的植物纖維(水稻、玉米等農(nóng)作物的秸稈廢棄物)作為造孔劑,經(jīng)過成型和焙燒等工藝步驟,研發(fā)出一種輕質(zhì)高強、保溫隔熱性能良好的頁巖燒結(jié)微孔磚。對材料進行XRD分析,并對燒結(jié)樣品進行物理性能和SEM分析,結(jié)果表明:頁巖的化學成分適宜制備頁巖燒結(jié)微孔磚,燒成溫度范圍為850~1000℃;隨著造孔劑摻量的增加,試件的抗壓強度和導熱系數(shù)降低。
[Abstract]:Using shale as basic raw material and adding plant fiber of certain fineness (straw waste of rice, corn and other crops) as pore-making agent, a kind of light weight and high strength has been developed through molding and roasting. Shale sintered microporous brick with good heat preservation and thermal insulation was analyzed by XRD, physical properties and SEM analysis of sintered samples. The results showed that the chemical composition of shale was suitable for preparing shale sintered microporous brick with sintering temperature range of 850 鈩,
