【摘要】：對(duì)6種不同再生細(xì)骨料取代率的再生細(xì)骨料保溫混凝土進(jìn)行抗壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn),并依據(jù)試驗(yàn)作出其抗壓強(qiáng)度正態(tài)分布概率密度曲線,分析混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度及其變化特點(diǎn)。研究表明:再生細(xì)骨料取代率不超過(guò)80%時(shí),混凝土7 d及28 d抗壓強(qiáng)度隨著再生細(xì)骨料取代率的增大而提高,7 d、28 d抗壓強(qiáng)度最大分別為33.1、35.4 MPa;7 d抗壓強(qiáng)度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差基本穩(wěn)定在1.65±0.3 MPa,取代率對(duì)其影響較小;28 d抗壓強(qiáng)度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差隨取代率的增加而增大,且在取代率為20%時(shí),標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差為3.34 MPa,符合GB/T 50107—2010及JGJ 55—2011中對(duì)最小標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差的規(guī)定,應(yīng)按實(shí)測(cè)值標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差確定。
[Abstract]:The compressive strength test of recycled fine aggregate insulation concrete with different recycled fine aggregate replacement rate was carried out, and the probability density curve of normal distribution of compressive strength was made according to the test. The compressive strength of concrete and its variation characteristics are analyzed. The results show that when the replacement rate of recycled fine aggregate is not more than 80%, The compressive strength of concrete at 7 d and 28 d increases with the increase of the replacement ratio of recycled fine aggregate. The maximum compressive strength of concrete at 7 d is 33.1g / 35.4 MPA / g, respectively. The standard deviation of compressive strength is basically stable at 1.65 鹵0.3 MPa, and the substitution ratio has little effect on the compressive strength of the concrete for 28 days. The strength standard deviation increases with the increase of substitution rate. When the substitution rate is 20, the standard deviation is 3.34 MPA, which accords with the minimum standard deviation in GB/T 50107-2010 and JGJ 55-2011, and should be determined according to the standard deviation of measured value.
