BFRP拉結(jié)件預(yù)制混凝土夾心保溫外墻板抗彎性能試驗研究

【摘要】:BFRP拉結(jié)件預(yù)制混凝土夾心保溫外墻板是一種新型的非承重保溫外墻板,其與主體結(jié)構(gòu)之間采用上部線支撐、下部點支撐的連接方式,BFRP拉結(jié)件按照斜向八字形設(shè)置。為了評估該類外墻板在風(fēng)荷載、水平地震作用等平面外荷載作用下的受力和變形性能,以合肥某工程項目為背景,通過五片足尺外墻板擬靜力試驗,以研究外墻板的平面外抗彎性能。試驗研究結(jié)果表明:外墻板底部點支撐的個數(shù)和間距對其平面外抗彎性能影響顯著,并提出了點支撐建議間距;當(dāng)點支撐設(shè)置合理時,該外墻板具有較好的承載力、延性和抗裂性能;當(dāng)帶有門窗洞口時,其墻板洞口角部易出現(xiàn)斜向裂縫,出現(xiàn)裂縫的荷載級別遠小于不開洞外墻板。
[Abstract]:The prefabricated concrete sandwich thermal insulation outer wall panel with BFRP tie piece is a new type of non-load-bearing insulation wall board, which is supported by the upper line between the wall board and the main structure. In order to evaluate the stress and deformation behavior of this kind of outer wall board under the action of wind load, horizontal earthquake and other out-of-plane loads, the BFRP tie piece is arranged according to the diagonal eight zigzag shape. In order to evaluate the force and deformation performance of this kind of outer wall board under the action of wind load, horizontal earthquake, etc., taking a project in Hefei as the background, Through the quasi-static test of five full-scale outer wall panels, the out-of-plane flexural properties of the outer wall panels are studied. The experimental results show that the number and spacing of the supports at the bottom of the outer wall panels have a significant effect on the out-of-plane flexural properties of the outer wall panels. At the same time, the suggested spacing of point support is put forward; when the point support is set reasonably, the outer wall board has better bearing capacity, ductility and crack resistance, and when the door and window hole is in place, the corner of the wall board orifice is prone to appear oblique cracks. The load level of cracks is much smaller than that of outside walls without holes.
