【摘要】:將碳化硅(SiC)粉體和一定量聚碳硅烷(polycarbosilane,PCS)、蒸餾水、聚丙烯酰胺(polyacrylamide,PAM)、聚丙烯酸(polypropylene acid,PAA)混合球磨以制備水性SiC漿料并測定了SiC粒子的動電位及粘度;將漿料均勻涂在SiC支撐體上,在1100℃真空條件下燒成,制備了SiC陶瓷膜并測定陶瓷膜的孔徑分布及純水通量及觀察其形貌。研究結(jié)果表明:涂膜所用的漿料在pH值為11左右時,SiC粒子動電位最大達到-40 m V,漿料表觀粘度最小為20 m Pa·s,制備的陶瓷膜孔徑大小集中在1μm左右,純水通量達40 m3/(m2·h)。
