赤泥和脫硫石膏制備高貝利特硫鋁酸鹽水泥熟料

【摘要】:以赤泥、脫硫石膏和石灰石等為原料,通過添加一定量的砂巖和高鋁石,燒制了以硅酸二鈣(C2S)、無水硫鋁酸鈣(C4A3S)和鐵鋁酸四鈣(C4AF)等為主要礦物的高貝利特硫鋁酸鹽水泥熟料。研究了煅燒溫度、煅燒時間以及原料配比等因素對熟料性能的影響,確定了最佳的煅燒溫度為1 280℃,煅燒時間為30 min,低于普通硫鋁酸鹽水泥熟料100℃左右;并將燒成熟料按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方法成型,水化至一定齡期后進(jìn)行力學(xué)性能測試,其具有較好的早期強度,高貝利特的礦物組成(40%~60%)保證了后期強度的穩(wěn)定增長,且C2S含量為45%~50%、C4A3S含量為25%~30%時具有較好的抗壓強度,28 d強度可達(dá)48.2 MPa;其水化產(chǎn)物主要為鈣礬石(AFt)和C-S-H凝膠,還含有少量的單硫型水化硫鋁酸鈣(AFm)和鋁膠(AH3)。
[Abstract]:Using red mud, desulphurized gypsum and limestone as raw materials, dicalcium silicate C2S was prepared by adding a certain amount of sandstone and high alumina. High belite sulphoaluminate cement clinker with anhydrous calcium sulphoaluminate (C4A3S) and tetracalcium ferrate (C4AFA) as the main mineral was studied. The calcination temperature was studied.
