工藝條件對(duì)陶瓷模具石膏性能的影響

【摘要】:通過對(duì)比試驗(yàn)研究了水膏比、攪拌速度、攪拌時(shí)間、拌合水溫度對(duì)模具石膏凝結(jié)時(shí)間、強(qiáng)度、吸水率性能的影響,并結(jié)合SEM、XRD技術(shù)探索其影響機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明:模具石膏成型時(shí)合適的工藝條件為水膏比65%~70%,攪拌速度400~500 r/min,攪拌時(shí)間2~3 min,拌合水溫度25~30℃;水膏比、攪拌速度、攪拌時(shí)間、拌合水溫的變化直接影響了二水石膏的結(jié)晶化程度和晶體形態(tài)。
[Abstract]:The effects of water / paste ratio, stirring speed, stirring time and mixing water temperature on the setting time, strength and water absorption of gypsum were studied by contrast test, and combined with SEM. The XRD technique was used to explore its influence mechanism. The results showed that the suitable technological conditions were as follows: the ratio of water to paste was 6570 and the stirring speed was 400 ~ 500rmin.
