東海北部海洋浮游生態(tài)系統(tǒng)季節(jié)變化的模擬研究

  作為生物圈的重要組成部分,海洋生態(tài)系統(tǒng)在連接大氣圈和巖石圈中扮演著重要的角色,同時(shí)也是海洋物質(zhì)循環(huán)和能量流動(dòng)中的重要組成部分。東海是中國典型的大陸架邊緣海,常年受到長江沖淡水、近岸水團(tuán)和外海洋流的影響,其水文條件和生物地球化學(xué)過程十分復(fù)雜。研究者們通常結(jié)合實(shí)地觀測數(shù)據(jù)和三維物理-生物地球化學(xué)耦合模型,來研究東海海洋生態(tài)系統(tǒng),但目前,尚缺乏對(duì)東海局地海洋生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的時(shí)空變化的高分辨率研究。本研究基于GOTM、ERSEM模型,在東海北部(125°E,31°N)建立了浮游生態(tài)系統(tǒng)要素的垂向一維模型,并動(dòng)態(tài)模擬了這些要素的季節(jié)、垂向變化。通過分析該區(qū)域浮游群落結(jié)構(gòu)的季節(jié)、垂向的變化,分析了要素間的相互作用和反饋機(jī)制,討論了控制這些過程的主控因子和協(xié)同作用,發(fā)現(xiàn)光照和營養(yǎng)鹽對(duì)浮游生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的季節(jié)性變化存在顯著性影響,從而為未來擴(kuò)展到三維模型的應(yīng)用奠定了基礎(chǔ)。模擬結(jié)果顯示,東海的物理場和營養(yǎng)鹽的模型數(shù)據(jù)和觀測數(shù)據(jù)的對(duì)比具有良好的一致性,說明該模型可以較真實(shí)的模擬東海的物化環(huán)境。其次,我們還分析了浮游生物的生物量的季節(jié)、垂向變化。在此基礎(chǔ)上,探討了浮游生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的主要要素間的相互作用和反饋機(jī)制,并進(jìn)一步分...
