2012年長江口及其鄰近海域營養(yǎng)鹽分布的季節(jié)變化及影響因素

【摘要】:根據(jù)2012年3、5、8和12月4個(gè)航次長江口及鄰近海域的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),研究了氮、磷、硅營養(yǎng)鹽及總氮(TN)、總磷(TP)的濃度特點(diǎn),及其與鹽度的相關(guān)性和葉綠素a的變化特征。結(jié)果表明,總?cè)芙鉄o機(jī)氮(DIN)、硅酸鹽(Si O3)和TN的濃度分布均表現(xiàn)出自長江口至外海迅速降低的特征,且與鹽度呈現(xiàn)顯著負(fù)相關(guān)性。磷酸鹽(PO4)的濃度降低程度隨遠(yuǎn)離河口而減弱,且與鹽度的相關(guān)性相對較弱,可能存在外海水補(bǔ)充;而TP則在長江口渾濁帶海域呈現(xiàn)出較高濃度,且與鹽度的相關(guān)性不明顯,可能是受渾濁帶泥沙吸附所致。在調(diào)查海區(qū)內(nèi),DIN與TN的平均值在夏季較低,結(jié)合葉綠素a數(shù)據(jù)分析,認(rèn)為浮游植物吸收作用降低了DIN和TN的濃度。通過分析各營養(yǎng)鹽之間的比值特征,進(jìn)一步考察了營養(yǎng)鹽來源及其對浮游植物生長的可能限制情況,其中N/P比值的變化同樣揭示了N主要來自于長江水而P有部分來自于外海水的特征。該比值呈現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)離河口而降低的特征,且在渾濁帶無明顯季節(jié)變化。春季和夏季有超過90%的調(diào)查站位顯示潛在P限制,且均位于外海區(qū)。與歷史資料對比發(fā)現(xiàn),春季和夏季潛在P限制站位的比例明顯升高,而潛在Si限制站位比例在春季和夏季降低。本文研究認(rèn)為,營養(yǎng)鹽含量及組成結(jié)構(gòu)反映了該海域浮游植物群落組成和優(yōu)勢種的演替。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of the Yangtze Estuary and its adjacent waters in 3,5,8 and December 2012, the concentration characteristics of nitrogen, phosphorus, silicon nutrients and total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP), their correlation with salinity and the variation of chlorophyll a were studied. The results showed that the concentration distribution of total dissolved inorganic nitrogen (DIN), silicate (Si O 3) and TN decreased rapidly from the Yangtze River estuary to the open sea, and showed a significant negative correlation with salinity. The decreasing degree of phosphate (PO4) concentration decreases with the distance from the estuary, and the correlation with salinity is relatively weak, which may be supplemented by out-sea water. However, the concentration of TP in the turbidity zone of the Yangtze River Estuary is higher than that in the turbidity zone of the Yangtze River Estuary, and the correlation between the concentration and salinity is not obvious, which may be caused by the sediment adsorption in the turbidity zone. The mean values of DIN and TN in the investigated sea area were lower in summer. Combined with chlorophyll a data analysis, phytoplankton uptake reduced the concentrations of DIN and TN. In this paper, the source of nutrient and its possible restriction on phytoplankton growth were further investigated by analyzing the ratio characteristics of different nutrients. The change of N / P ratio also shows that N is mainly from the Yangtze River water and P is partly from the outer sea water. The ratio is lower away from the estuary and has no obvious seasonal variation in the turbid zone. More than 90% of survey stations in spring and summer show potential P limitation, and both are located in the offshore area. Compared with the historical data, it was found that the proportion of potential P-restricted stations increased significantly in spring and summer, while the proportion of potential Si-restricted stations decreased in spring and summer. The results showed that the nutrient content and composition reflected the composition of phytoplankton community and the succession of dominant species in the sea area.
