4種多環(huán)芳烴對海膽耗氧率和排氨率的影響研究

【摘要】:在實驗室條件下研究了4種多環(huán)芳烴(菲、三甲基菲、蒽和二甲基蒽)對海膽(Strongylocentrotus intermendius)的耗氧率和排氨率及氧氮比(O∶N)的影響。結果顯示:(1)海膽耗氧率在10、20、50、100和150μg/L菲、三甲基菲、蒽和二甲基蒽的作用下顯著低于對照組,說明這4種多環(huán)芳烴在實驗濃度條件下對海膽的呼吸耗氧率產生了顯著的影響(P0.05);(2)海膽的排氨率隨著四種多環(huán)芳烴濃度的升高而升高,呈現(xiàn)出一定的劑量-效應關系。(3)海膽的O∶N比隨著4種多環(huán)芳烴濃度的升高而下降,并在一定濃度(10~50μg/L)條件下達到穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:The effects of four polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (phenanthrene, trimethylphenanthrene, anthracene and dimethylanthracene) on the oxygen consumption rate, ammonia excretion rate and oxygen nitrogen ratio (O N) of sea urchin (Strongylocentrotus intermendius) were studied in laboratory. The results showed that: (1) the oxygen consumption rate of sea urchin at 10,20,50100 and 150 渭 g / L phenanthrene, trimethylphenanthrene, anthracene and dimethylanthracene was significantly lower than that of the control group. The results showed that these four polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons had a significant effect on respiratory oxygen consumption rate of sea urchins at experimental concentration (P0.05). (2) the ammonia excretion rate of sea urchins increased with the increase of the concentrations of four polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, showing a dose-effect relationship. (3) the O / N ratio of sea urchins decreased with the increase of the concentrations of four kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. It is stable at a certain concentration (10 ~ 50 渭 g / L).
