【摘要】：設(shè)計(jì)一種帶肋片多效管式海水淡化裝置并利用模擬熱源對裝置進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)中對系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)態(tài)產(chǎn)水性能進(jìn)行測試,給出系統(tǒng)在不同運(yùn)行溫度、壓力下的產(chǎn)水速率和性能系數(shù)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:裝置小時產(chǎn)水量隨運(yùn)行溫度升高而增大,80℃時小時產(chǎn)水量為0.59 kg/h;對裝置進(jìn)行抽真空后裝置的小時產(chǎn)水量增加明顯,在運(yùn)行溫度為70℃壓力為0.31 k Pa時,小時產(chǎn)水量最大為1.19 kg/h;裝置的性能系數(shù)最高達(dá)1.5,定功率運(yùn)行10 h,產(chǎn)水量最高為8.58 kg。
[Abstract]:A kind of multi-effect tubular seawater desalination device with finned fin is designed and simulated heat source is used to carry out experimental study on the device. In the experiment, the steady-state water production performance of the system is tested, and the water production rate and performance coefficient of the system under different operating temperature and pressure are given.
