欽州灣枯水期和豐水期分粒級Chl a的分布及影響因素

【摘要】:分別于2014年3月(枯水期)和7月(豐水期)對欽州灣海區(qū)Chl a濃度分布及其粒級組成進行了分析。結(jié)果表明,研究區(qū)域兩個時期都具有較高氮濃度和氮磷比,枯水期磷酸鹽濃度高于豐水期,Chl a濃度及其粒徑結(jié)構(gòu)差異顯著。枯水期Chl a濃度(1.70±0.74μg/L)顯著低于豐水期濃度(7.81±3.63μg/L)(p0.01)。優(yōu)勢粒級從枯水期Nano級Chl a(51.8±14.0%)向豐水期Pico級(50.4±17.4%)演變。Pico級與Micro級共同構(gòu)成了豐水期的Chl a濃度高值,兩個時期Nano級Chl a濃度無明顯差別。Nano級Chl a對總Chl a濃度的貢獻存在著自枯水期優(yōu)勢(51.8±14.0%)至豐水期降低(15.5±9.2%)的動態(tài)變化。通過與營養(yǎng)鹽和鹽度等因子的相關(guān)分析,可知浮游植物粒級組成的差異與欽州灣陸地徑流的輸入、營養(yǎng)鹽濃度變動及高密度牡蠣養(yǎng)殖密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:The distribution of Chl a concentration and its grain size composition in Qinzhou Bay were analyzed in March 2014 (low water season) and July (high water season). The results showed that there were higher nitrogen concentration and nitrogen-phosphorus ratio in the two periods of study area. The concentration of phosphate in low-water period was higher than that in high-water period, and the difference of, Chl a concentration and particle size structure was significant. The concentration of Chl a in low water period (1.70 鹵0.74 渭 g / L) was significantly lower than that in high water season (7.81 鹵3.63 渭 g / L) (p0.01). The dominant grain size changed from Nano grade Chl a (51.8 鹵14.0%) to Pico grade (50.4 鹵17.4%) in low water season. Pico grade and Micro grade together constituted high Chl a concentration in high water season. There was no significant difference in Chl a concentration of Nano grade between the two periods, but the contribution of nano Chl a to total Chl a concentration varied from 51.8 鹵14.0% in low water period to 15.5 鹵9.2% in high water season. According to the correlation analysis with nutrient and salinity factors, the difference of phytoplankton grain size is closely related to the input of land runoff, the variation of nutrient concentration and the culture of high density oyster in Qinzhou Bay.
