轉(zhuǎn)角阻尼器對(duì)海洋平臺(tái)-搖擺墻體系抗振分析

【摘要】:在海洋平臺(tái)搖擺墻體系基礎(chǔ)上,提出在海洋平臺(tái)和搖擺墻之間剛性連接桿的鉸接點(diǎn)處安裝粘彈性轉(zhuǎn)角阻尼器的減振措施,對(duì)海洋平臺(tái)進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步減振控制。對(duì)粘彈性轉(zhuǎn)角位移阻尼器的剛度和阻尼參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化分析,可知阻尼器的阻尼與剛度在結(jié)構(gòu)減振中起到了十分重要的作用,且存在特定范圍內(nèi)的優(yōu)化值。以JZ20-2北高點(diǎn)井口平臺(tái)為例,利用ANSYS進(jìn)行地震荷載作用和實(shí)測(cè)擠壓冰荷載下的仿真分析,研究了粘彈性轉(zhuǎn)角阻尼器在海洋平臺(tái)和搖擺墻之間剛性連接桿鉸接點(diǎn)處的不同安裝方式,對(duì)比分析減振效果。結(jié)果表明,在該體系剛性連接桿的鉸接點(diǎn)處安裝粘彈性轉(zhuǎn)角阻尼器能顯著降低結(jié)構(gòu)的振動(dòng)反應(yīng),連接桿右側(cè)安裝粘彈性轉(zhuǎn)角阻尼器的方式為減振效果最佳方式。
[Abstract]:On the basis of swinging wall system of offshore platform, the vibration reduction measures of installing viscoelastic angle damper at the hinge point of rigid connecting rod between offshore platform and swinging wall are put forward to further control the vibration of offshore platform. The stiffness and damping parameters of viscoelastic angular displacement damper are optimized and analyzed. The results show that the damping and stiffness of damper play a very important role in structural vibration reduction, and there is an optimization value in a specific range. Taking the north high point wellhead platform of JZ20-2 as an example, the simulation analysis of seismic load and actual compression ice load is carried out by using ANSYS. In this paper, the different installation modes of viscoelastic angle damper at the hinge point of rigid connecting rod between offshore platform and swing wall are studied, and the effect of vibration reduction is compared and analyzed. The results show that the vibration response of the structure can be significantly reduced by installing viscoelastic angular damper at the hinge point of the rigid connecting rod of the system, and the optimal way to reduce the vibration is to install the viscoelastic angular damper on the right side of the connecting rod.
