深海熱液多腔取樣器的開發(fā)設(shè)計

【摘要】:本文通過分析取樣設(shè)備的研究現(xiàn)狀,在現(xiàn)有熱液取樣設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計出了一款新的熱液取樣器。該取樣器的取樣閥能同時連接六個取樣瓶,可以一次獲取六個樣品,提高了取樣效率。該取樣器能在高溫高壓條件下正常工作且具有較強(qiáng)的耐腐蝕性,其結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,具備氣密保壓功能。并根據(jù)工作條件的要求對其主要部件進(jìn)行了尺寸設(shè)計、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和強(qiáng)度校核,同時采用二維和三維畫圖軟件繪制其結(jié)構(gòu)圖。本文分析了取樣器設(shè)計的影響因素,確定了技術(shù)方案,并通過有限元分析軟件對其結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了研究分析。采用Fluent分析軟件對熱液流經(jīng)取樣管時的溫度變化規(guī)律進(jìn)行了研究分析,得到了取樣速度以及取樣管尺寸對熱液溫度變化的影響規(guī)律;采用Ansys Workbench軟件對閥芯與閥座的密封進(jìn)行分析,得出了閥芯半錐角對密封性能的影響規(guī)律;對閥芯進(jìn)行了一階線性屈曲分析,獲得了閥芯發(fā)生一階線性屈曲時所需的壓力;對熱液進(jìn)入取樣腔撞擊活塞的瞬間進(jìn)行了分析,分析表明活塞的強(qiáng)度滿足要求以及沖擊造成的活塞振動不會影響O型圈的密封性能。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a new hydrothermal sampler is designed on the basis of the existing hydrothermal sampling equipment by analyzing the research status of the sampling equipment. The sampling valve of the sampler can connect six sample bottles at the same time, and can obtain six samples at a time, which improves the sampling efficiency. The sampler can work normally under high temperature and high pressure and has strong corrosion resistance. Its structure is simple and has the function of gas tight pressure keeping. According to the requirements of working conditions, the size design, structural design and strength check of the main components are carried out. At the same time, the two-dimensional and three-dimensional drawing software is used to draw their structural drawings. In this paper, the influencing factors of the sampler design are analyzed, the technical scheme is determined, and the structure of the sampler is studied and analyzed by the finite element analysis software. The temperature variation law of hydrothermal flow through the sampling tube was studied by using Fluent analysis software, and the influence of sampling speed and sampling tube size on the hydrothermal temperature change was obtained, and the influence of the sampling speed and the size of the sampling pipe on the temperature change of the hydrothermal fluid was studied and analyzed. Ansys Workbench software is used to analyze the seal of valve core and valve seat, and the influence of half cone angle of valve core on seal performance is obtained, the first order linear buckling analysis is carried out on the valve core, and the pressure required for the first order linear buckling of valve core is obtained. An analysis is made of the moment when hydrothermal fluid enters the sampling chamber to impact the piston. The analysis shows that the piston strength meets the requirements and the piston vibration caused by the impact does not affect the sealing performance of the O-ring.
