基于海底管道路由調(diào)查的管道耐久性研究

【摘要】:隨著海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)、港口經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,海底管道在不同行業(yè)中廣泛使用,例如沿海港口污水排放,海洋石油行業(yè)的油氣輸送等,為了確保海底管道在使用過(guò)程中能夠長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的使用,耐久性研究就彰顯出其重要性。除了管道自身在結(jié)構(gòu)、強(qiáng)度等方面需要滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求之外,外部環(huán)境對(duì)海底管道耐久性的影響也十分重要。因此,本文從管道路由區(qū)域的海洋勘察入手,分析海底條件對(duì)所鋪設(shè)管道耐久性的影響,同時(shí)對(duì)特定海底條件下最常見(jiàn)的兩種管道失效形式進(jìn)行深入研究,提出提高管道耐久性的合理措施。具體研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)以作者曾參與的某管道路由調(diào)查項(xiàng)目為例,介紹路由區(qū)域海洋勘察實(shí)施手段,并結(jié)合勘察結(jié)果,分析路由區(qū)域的地質(zhì)災(zāi)害狀況、泥沙運(yùn)動(dòng)和沖淤趨勢(shì)、以及路由區(qū)域腐蝕性環(huán)境,研究路由區(qū)域的海底條件對(duì)所鋪設(shè)管道耐久性產(chǎn)生的影響。(2)對(duì)兩種最常見(jiàn)海底管道失效形式進(jìn)行深入研究,包括腐蝕失效和由于管道懸跨引起的疲勞失效。分析海底管道腐蝕的機(jī)理和成因,針對(duì)不同原因造成的管道腐蝕和不同的防腐措施進(jìn)行深入探討;對(duì)渦激振動(dòng)產(chǎn)生的機(jī)理和懸跨管道的進(jìn)行疲勞分析,基于DNV OS F101方法,對(duì)渦激振動(dòng)下懸跨管道的臨界跨長(zhǎng)和剩余壽命進(jìn)行研究,并討論不同原因海底管道懸跨失效的預(yù)防和應(yīng)對(duì)措施。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of marine economy and port economy, submarine pipelines are widely used in different industries, such as sewage discharge from coastal ports, oil and gas transportation in offshore oil industry, etc. In order to ensure that submarine pipeline can be used steadily for a long time, durability research shows its importance. In addition to the structural and strength requirements of the pipeline itself, the influence of the external environment on the durability of the submarine pipeline is also very important. Therefore, starting with the marine survey of pipeline routing area, this paper analyzes the influence of submarine conditions on the durability of the pipeline laid, and makes a thorough study of the two most common pipeline failure forms under specific submarine conditions. The reasonable measures to improve the durability of pipeline are put forward. The specific research contents are as follows: (1) taking a pipeline route survey project in which the author has participated as an example, this paper introduces the implementation means of marine survey in the routing area, and analyzes the geological hazard situation of the routing area by combining the results of the survey. The trend of sediment movement and erosion and deposition, as well as the corrosive environment of the routing area, are studied to study the influence of the submarine condition of the routing area on the durability of the pipeline laid. (2) the two most common failure modes of submarine pipeline are studied in depth. It includes corrosion failure and fatigue failure caused by pipeline suspension. The mechanism and cause of submarine pipeline corrosion are analyzed, and the pipeline corrosion caused by different reasons and different anticorrosion measures are discussed. Based on DNV OS F101 method, the critical span length and residual life of suspended span pipeline under vortex-induced vibration are studied. The prevention and countermeasures of overhanging span failure of submarine pipeline with different causes are also discussed.
