【摘要】：為了探究渤海灣近岸海域水體中重金屬污染狀況及其潛在生態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),以天津渤海灣近岸海域?yàn)檠芯繀^(qū)域,共設(shè)置34個(gè)采樣點(diǎn),于2013年9月17-23日采集水樣,分析表層水體中銅(Cu)、鎘(Cd)、鉛(Pb)和鋅(Zn)4種常見(jiàn)重金屬的空間分布特征及其潛在生態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。結(jié)果表明,Cu、Cd、Pb和Zn的濃度分別為2.47~8.27μg/L、0.06~0.26μg/L、2.21~8.26μg/L和5.26~70.32μg/L,平均值分別為4.56μg/L、0.12μg/L、4.72μg/L和36.65μg/L。根據(jù)我國(guó)《海水水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB3097-1997),4種重金屬基本滿足Ⅰ類或Ⅱ類海水水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn);基于4種重金屬的物種敏感性分布(species sensitivity distribution,SSD)曲線,分別獲得相應(yīng)的5%物種危害濃度(HC5),并采用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)熵(RQ)對(duì)4種金屬的生態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),發(fā)現(xiàn)研究區(qū)域表層水中存在生態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的重金屬為Cu和Zn,與之相比Cd和Pb的生態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)可以忽略不計(jì)。研究認(rèn)為我國(guó)目前的《海水水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》低估了Cu和Zn對(duì)水生生物的影響,不能夠滿足對(duì)水生生物的保護(hù)需求,應(yīng)引起足夠的重視。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the pollution of heavy metals in the coastal waters of Bohai Bay and its potential ecological risks, 34 sampling sites were set up in the coastal waters of Tianjin Bohai Bay to collect water samples from 17 to 23 September 2013. The spatial distribution and potential ecological risk of four common heavy metals, copper, (Cu), cadmium, (Cd), lead, (Pb) and zinc (Zn), in surface water were analyzed.
