大規(guī)模膜法海水淡化系統(tǒng)故障診斷方法的研究

【摘要】:隨著人口膨脹、工業(yè)化和城市化進(jìn)程的不斷加快以及人們生活水平的改善,水資源短缺問題備受矚目,解決水資源短缺的海水淡化技術(shù)也引起了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者和政府部門、國(guó)際組織的關(guān)注。在眾多海水淡化方法中,反滲透法因其低能耗、高效率、高產(chǎn)水品質(zhì)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。反滲透系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行受到海水水質(zhì)和核心組件反滲透膜性能等多方面的影響。為了保證大型海水淡化工程的正常運(yùn)行,避免造成重大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失和人員損失,對(duì)大規(guī)模海水淡化系統(tǒng)的故障診斷至關(guān)重要。由于大規(guī)模膜法海水淡化系統(tǒng)設(shè)備復(fù)雜、運(yùn)行過(guò)程存在不穩(wěn)定因素以及反映系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的傳感器等設(shè)備不精確等問題,單一故障診斷方法無(wú)法完整反映系統(tǒng)故障狀態(tài),不足以解決大規(guī)模膜法海水淡化系統(tǒng)故障診斷問題。針對(duì)舟山六橫島日產(chǎn)十萬(wàn)噸級(jí)膜法海水淡化系統(tǒng)的反滲透部分故障問題,以膜組件和能量回收裝置為主要研究對(duì)象,系統(tǒng)分析了影響反滲透海水淡化系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的各方面因素。在深入分析能量回收裝置故障機(jī)理的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了以“能量回收裝置故障”為頂事件的故障樹。利用二元決策圖方法對(duì)引用的反滲透系統(tǒng)故障樹進(jìn)行定性和定量分析,根據(jù)改進(jìn)的組件連接法連接規(guī)則,得到相應(yīng)的二元決策圖;采用基于哈夫曼碼的割集排序方法,通過(guò)比較哈弗曼碼長(zhǎng)度,從而快速有效地確定需要檢測(cè)故障源的排序。詳細(xì)介紹了D-S證據(jù)理論的基本概念、合成規(guī)則和D-S證據(jù)推理信息融合決策的基本過(guò)程,建立了基于D-S證據(jù)理論的反滲透海水淡化系統(tǒng)故障診斷模型,提出了符合反滲透海水淡化系統(tǒng)診斷特點(diǎn)的基本概率分配方法,構(gòu)造了符合系統(tǒng)診斷特點(diǎn)的決策規(guī)則,通過(guò)實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了多證據(jù)體故障特征利用信息融合故障診斷技術(shù)的可行性和可信度。克服了單一故障診斷方法的缺陷與不足,提高了系統(tǒng)的有效性和魯棒性;.NET的C#編程語(yǔ)言,利用其面向?qū)ο蟮睦^承性和可移植性等優(yōu)點(diǎn),結(jié)合SQL Server 2005數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),設(shè)計(jì)并開發(fā)了一套基于D-S證據(jù)理論的信息融合計(jì)算分析軟件,介紹了軟件計(jì)算分析流程和主要功能,提高了計(jì)算效率,減少了人工計(jì)算的勞動(dòng)力和出錯(cuò)率。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of population, the accelerating process of industrialization and urbanization, and the improvement of people's living standard, the shortage of water resources has attracted much attention. The desalination technology to solve the shortage of water resources has also caused scholars and government departments at home and abroad. Concerns of international organizations Among many desalination methods, reverse osmosis has been widely used because of its advantages of low energy consumption, high efficiency and high water quality. The operation of reverse osmosis system is affected by seawater quality and the performance of core components of reverse osmosis membrane. In order to ensure the normal operation of large-scale seawater desalination project and avoid causing heavy economic loss and personnel loss, it is very important for the fault diagnosis of large-scale seawater desalination system. Because of the complex equipment of large-scale membrane seawater desalination system, the unstable factors in the operation process and the imprecision of the equipment such as sensors which reflect the operating state of the system, the single fault diagnosis method can not completely reflect the fault state of the system. It is not enough to solve the problem of fault diagnosis of large-scale membrane desalination system. Aiming at the partial failure of reverse osmosis (RO) in the 100,000-ton membrane desalination system in Liuheng Island, Zhoushan, the main research object is membrane module and energy recovery device. The factors affecting the operation state of reverse osmosis seawater desalination system are analyzed systematically. On the basis of deeply analyzing the fault mechanism of energy recovery device, a fault tree with "energy recovery device fault" as its top event is constructed. The fault tree of the referenced reverse osmosis system is qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by using the method of binary decision graph, and the corresponding binary decision graph is obtained according to the connection rules of the improved component connection method. By comparing the length of Haverman code, the sorting method of cut set based on Huffman code is used to determine the sort of fault source quickly and effectively. This paper introduces the basic concept of D-S evidence theory, the synthesis rules and the decision process of D-S evidence inference information fusion, and establishes the fault diagnosis model of reverse osmosis seawater desalination system based on D-S evidence theory. The basic probability distribution method which accords with the diagnostic characteristics of reverse osmosis seawater desalination system is put forward, and the decision rules that accord with the diagnostic characteristics of the system are constructed. The feasibility and reliability of fault diagnosis technology based on information fusion are verified by examples. The shortcomings and shortcomings of single fault diagnosis method are overcome, and the effectiveness and robustness of the system are improved. Based on the C # programming language of .NET, this paper designs and develops a set of information fusion computing and analysis software based on D-S evidence theory, using the advantages of object oriented inheritance and portability, combined with SQL Server 2005 database. The flow and main functions of software calculation and analysis are introduced. The efficiency of calculation is improved and the labor force and error rate of manual calculation are reduced.
