投加粉末活性炭對(duì)超濾膜去除海水中有機(jī)物的影響

【摘要】:超濾膜的有機(jī)污染問(wèn)題是膜法海水預(yù)處理技術(shù)在海水淡化工程應(yīng)用面臨的重要挑戰(zhàn),粉末活性炭吸附是目前常用的膜前預(yù)處理手段之一。本文對(duì)比分析了直接超濾和投加粉末活性炭后對(duì)海水中有機(jī)物的截留能力,利用三維熒光光譜分析了投加粉末活性炭對(duì)超濾膜截留有機(jī)物的影響機(jī)制,并考察了海水超濾過(guò)程中通量變化及膜污染情況。研究結(jié)果表明,投加粉末活性炭能夠強(qiáng)化超濾膜對(duì)海水濁度和有機(jī)物的去除,當(dāng)粉末活性炭投量為200mg/L時(shí),整個(gè)系統(tǒng)對(duì)海水中DOC去除率從直接超濾時(shí)的55.1%提高到77.6%。利用粉末活性炭的吸附作用及其在超濾膜表面形成的疏松濾餅層能夠顯著提高超濾系統(tǒng)對(duì)海水中腐植酸類(lèi)有機(jī)物的去除能力。與直接超濾相比,粉末活性炭-超濾系統(tǒng)對(duì)改善膜通量的作用有限,但粉末活性炭形成的濾餅層能夠避免超濾膜與有機(jī)物直接接觸,可顯著減緩超濾膜的不可逆污染。
[Abstract]:The organic pollution of ultrafiltration membrane is an important challenge for the application of membrane seawater pretreatment technology in seawater desalination engineering. The adsorption of powdered activated carbon is one of the commonly used pre-membrane pretreatment methods. In this paper, the retention ability of organic matter in seawater after direct ultrafiltration and adding powdered activated carbon is compared and analyzed. The influence mechanism of adding powdered activated carbon on the retention of organic matter in ultrafiltration membrane is analyzed by using three dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy. The flux change and membrane fouling during ultrafiltration were investigated. The results show that adding powdered activated carbon can enhance the removal of turbidity and organic matter in seawater by ultrafiltration membrane. When the dosage of powdered activated carbon is 200mg/L, The removal rate of DOC in seawater increased from 55.1% in direct ultrafiltration to 77.6% in the whole system. The adsorption of powdered activated carbon and the loose cake layer formed on the surface of ultrafiltration membrane can significantly improve the removal capacity of humic acid organic compounds in seawater by ultrafiltration system. Compared with direct ultrafiltration, the effect of powder activated carbon-ultrafiltration system on improving membrane flux is limited, but the cake layer formed by powder activated carbon can avoid direct contact between ultrafiltration membrane and organic matter, and can significantly reduce the irreversible fouling of ultrafiltration membrane.
